<![CDATA[sengketa antara Yunani dan Turki dengan menggunakan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa sebagai model penyelesaian konflik. Artikel ini menerapkan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dan analisis yang berfokus pada instrumen hukum internasional, kasus-kasus internasional dan kesepakatan-kesepakatan terhadap masalah yang terkait. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa pengaturan mengenai delimitasi wilayah terirorial laut telah diatur secara rinci dalam UNCLOS terutama pada Pasal 15 yang mengatur mengenai delimitasi batas wilayah laut yang bersinggungan dengan negara lain. Mengenai perselisihan terkait delimitasi teritorial antara Turki dan Yunani, sejatinya perselisihan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan metode penyelesaian sengketa alternatif. Kata kunci: Delimitasi Maritim, Sengketa Maritim, Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze the legal challenges of the difficulty of settlement in the dispute between Greece and Turkey by using Alternative Dispute Resolution as a conflict resolution model. This article applies normative juridical research and analysis methods that focus on international legal instruments, international cases and agreements on related issues. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the regulation regarding the delimitation of marine territorial areas has been regulated in detail in UNCLOS, especially in Article 15 which regulates the delimitation of maritime boundaries that intersect with other countries. Regarding the dispute regarding the territorial delimitation between Turkey and Greece, the dispute can actually be resolved by alternative dispute resolution methods.
