Abstract

This research aims to explain a more in-depth analysis of the effects of using Indodax cryptocurrency payments from the perspective of fiqh muamalah and how it interacts with the principles of fiqh muamalah. This research is qualitative and uses a library research method. The author collects data, analyses it, and concludes the sources of information obtained. The results show that the impact of using Indodax cryptocurrency payments triggers concerns regarding the elements of gharar (uncertainty) and maisir (gambling) due to the highly fluctuating value and speculative nature that are sometimes involved in trading this digital currency. Because legal authorities do Not regulate cryptocurrency and have No Intrinsic Value, Cryptocurrencies can be affected by market manipulation, such as pump-and-dump schemes, where the price of a cryptocurrency is artificially inflated and then sold in large quantities, causing the price to crash. Such practices are a form of fraud and tadlis because they mislead other investors.

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric comparison of Islamic and Christian studies and Trend and Impact Analysis. The literature search was conducted using Dimensions, using the keywords “Islam and Christian.” The articles obtained were then imported into Mendeley software version 1.19.6 to check the completeness of the attributes of each article. The number of articles that met the criteria and continued in the following analysis stage amounted to 478. The bibliometric database was analyzed using the Bibliometrix package in R software version 4.4.1 and VOSviewer version 1.6.20. Analysis through the VOSviewer software showed that the dominant topics in the literature include theological and socio-political relations between Islam and Christianity. New trends are emerging, including gender issues and geopolitical dynamics in Africa and Asia. The level of international collaboration in this research reaches around 20%, with the most significant contribution coming from Indonesian institutions, especially universities based on Islamic studies.

Abstract

In the context of intensifying geopolitical disruptions—from wars and pandemics to resource nationalism and trade sanctions—supply chains have become increasingly fragile and ethically contested. This study investigates the intersection of Islamic ethics and sustainability in supply chain restructuring, with a particular focus on halal and faith-based systems. Using the SPAR-4-SLR protocol and bibliometric tools such as Biblioshiny and VOSviewer, we systematically analyzed 58 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2010 and 2025, sourced from Scopus, Dimensions, and Google Scholar. The study maps thematic evolutions, key authors, research clusters, and citation patterns. It identifies how core Islamic ethical values—such as ʿadl (justice), amānah (trust), iḥsān (excellence), and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah (objectives of Islamic law)—serve as moral anchors in guiding resilient, transparent, and socially responsible supply chains. Halal traceability, blockchain integration, and green logistics emerged as recurring focal points. Furthermore, the findings emphasize the role of spiritual leadership and Islamic governance models in enhancing supply chain integrity amid crises.
