Abstract

The Christian world is faced with the fact that over the last fifty years the percentage of the Christians has not increased. As a form of concern of this matter, researcher feels the need to conduct a research in order to answer whether the level of spirituality affects the spirit of Christian missions? The research began by using the document analysis method related to the formulation of the problem. Then the research was continued by extracting Bible verses that matched the above theme. In the end, the researcher come to a conclusion that the level of spirituality is closely related to the spirit of Christians in fulfilling God's mission, but with a note that spirituality in question must meet the elements of knowledge, elements of experience, elements of relationships and elements of obedience, alltogether.Dunia kekristenan diperhadapkan dengan fakta bahwa selama lima puluh tahun terakhir jumlah persentasi orang Kristen tidak bertambah. Sebagai wujud dari kepedulian atas masalah ini, peneliti merasa perlu untuk melakukan penelitian guna menjawab apakah tingkat spiritualitas berpengaruh terhadap semangat misi orang Kristen? Penelitian dimulai dengan mempergunakan metode analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan rumusan masalah. Kemudian penelitian dilanjutkan dengan penggalian ayat-ayat Alkitab yang sesuai dengan tema diatas. Pada akhirnya, peneliti sampai kepada sebuah kesimpulan bahwa tingkat spiritualitas berkaitan secara erat terhadap semangat orang Kristen di dalam menggenapi misi Allah, namun dengan catatan bahwa spiritualitas yang dimaksud harus memenuhi unsur pengetahuan, unsur pengalaman, unsur hubungan dan unsur ketaatan secara bersamaan.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Sunday school teacher services on the social-emotional development of early childhood. Social-emotional development, starting in early age, progresses into intricate forms over time. The family environment, where children interact with parents and siblings, initiates this process. Utilizing qualitative research with a literature-based approach, the study focused on Sunday school members at GBI Bethel Bandung. Findings reveal the significant role of Sunday school teachers in nurturing early childhood social-emotional development. Activities such as praise, imparting the word of God, games, and supportive activities become pivotal in this process. Implementing activities that reinforce spiritual teachings, such as art and sharing, acts as a fundamental tool for social development. These activities enable children to showcase their achievements, enhancing their interactions with others and fostering positive social-emotional growth from an early age. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru sekolah minggu dalam perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Dalam interaksi awalnya di lingkungan keluarga, anak mengalami dasar-dasar perkembangan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pustaka, difokuskan pada anggota sekolah minggu di GBI Bethel Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sekolah minggu sangat vital dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak. Kegiatan seperti pujian, firman Tuhan, permainan, dan aktivitas mendukung firman Tuhan memiliki dampak positif. Aktivitas ini, seperti melipat origami dan berbagi pensil warna, memfasilitasi interaksi sosial anak dengan orang lain, meningkatkan keterampilan berbagi, dan memperkuat keterampilan komunikasi. Dengan demikian, penggunaan metode ini membawa dampak positif pada perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini, memungkinkan mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan dunia sekitarnya secara positif dan mandiri.

Abstract

Liturgical music, a central element in Charismatic church worship, is believed to evoke spiritual emotions and encourage congregational participation. This research explores the role of liturgical music in shaping the emotional experience and participation of congregations through library research methods and thematic analysis. Findings show that liturgical music plays an important role in evoking a variety of emotions, such as joy, sadness, and exaltation, as well as encouraging congregational participation through singing, dancing, and other movements. This research provides a new contribution to the understanding of the role of liturgical music in worship and its implications for the spiritual life of Charismatic church congregations.
