Abstract

Eid al-Fitr is increasingly experiencing a shift in meaning, transitioning from a purely religious celebration to one marked by heightened commercialization, especially in the fashion sector. As the holiday Eid approaches, consumers demonstrate a growing urgency to purchase fashion products reflects consumers' urgency to fulfill their appearance needs. This study aims to examine the influence of urgency and online shopping convenience on fashion product purchasing decisions among TikTok Shop consumers. A quantitative descriptive method was used with a total of 122 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that urgency has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-value of 5.260 > t-table 1.980, and online shopping convenience also has a significant effect with a t-value of 5.062 > t-table 1.980. Simultaneously, the F-value obtained was 39.813 > F-table 3.07, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.401, indicating that both variables influence purchasing decisions by 40.1%. This study suggests that TikTok Shop needs to improve services such as the checkout process, transaction security, and user interface convenience. Furthermore, sellers are encouraged to apply urgency-based strategies, such as limited-time offers, to increase consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of digital technology has significantly driven the growth of e-commerce, including in Indonesia. Shopee, one of the shopping platforms, relies on discount and free shipping promotional strategies to increase consumer purchasing interest. This study aims to determine the effect of discount and free shipping promotions on purchasing decisions. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the analysis show that discount promotions (X1) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), the calculated t value is 4.391> t table 1.977 and significance <0.05. Free shipping (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, calculated t 8.519> t table and significance <0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 156.900> F table 3.06 and significance <0.001. These findings are expected to serve as a reference in developing e-commerce marketing strategies that are more effective and relevant to local consumer behavior.   Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce secara signifikan, termasuk di Indonesia. Shopee salah satu platform belanja mengandalkan strategi promosi diskon dan gratis ongkir untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi diskon dan gratis ongkir terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa promosi diskon (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), nilai t hitung sebesar 4,391 > t tabel 1,977 dan signifikansi < 0,05. Gratis ongkir (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, t hitung 8,519 > t tabel dan signifikansi < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 156,900 > F tabel 3,06 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran e-commerce yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan perilaku konsumen lokal.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to partially and simultaneously test how service quality and customer satisfaction affect GrabBike customer loyalty in Depok City. A total of 116 respondents who were GrabBike service users were selected through purposive sampling procedure techniques. The technique in this study used quantitative methodology and survey approach. Using SPSS version 27 software, data was collected through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis was performed. The results of the study showed that partially service quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, both independent variables had a significant effect on customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination showed that customer satisfaction had a greater impact on customer loyalty, compared to service quality. This study shows how important it is to improve service quality and customer satisfaction so that GrabBike users remain loyal in the face of competition from other online transportation providers. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan GrabBike di Kota Depok. Sebanyak 116 responden pengguna layanan GrabBike yang dipilih melalui teknik prosedur purposive sampling. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan pendekatan survei. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dibanding dengan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen agar pengguna GrabBike tetap loyal dalam menghadapi persaingan dari penyedia transportasi online lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Cahaya Abadi is a retail business selling wall paint that has been operating since 2011 and was officially established as a CV in 2025. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on the decision to purchase Jotun wall paint at CV Cahaya Abadi Ciputat. Primary data was collected from 100 respondents using a questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t and f tests. The regression result Y = 5.923 + 0.089(X1) + 0.868(X2) shows that product quality (X1) has no effect, while brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect. The t-test confirms that X1 is not significant (calculated t 1.187 < table t 1.984) and X2 is significant (calculated t 7.230 > table t 1.984). The F test (F calculated 97.181 > F table 3.09; p = 0.000 < 0.05) shows that both variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Abstrak. CV Cahaya Abadi adalah usaha retail penjualan cat tembok yang beroperasi sejak 2011 dan resmi berbentuk CV pada 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian cat tembok Jotun di CV Cahaya Abadi Ciputat. Data primer dikumpulkan dari 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan f. Hasil regresi Y = 5,923 + 0,089(X1) + 0,868(X2) menunjukkan kualitas produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan citra merek (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Uji t menegaskan X1 tidak signifikan (t hitung 1,187 < t tabel 1,984) dan X2 signifikan (t hitung 7,230 > t tabel 1,984). Uji f (f hitung 97,181 > f tabel 3,09; p = 0,000 < 0,05) menunjukkan kedua variabel bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of government institutions in achieving organizational goals. Low performance is often caused by an unfavorable work environment and inadequate work motivation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Center for Management Competency Development, Human Resources Development Agency, Ministry of Public Works. This research employed a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents. The partial test results indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (t-count = 2.834 > t-table = 2.023; sig. 0.007), as does motivation (t-count = 2.344 > t-table = 2.023; sig. 0.024). The simultaneous test using the F-test shows that both independent variables together significantly influence performance (F-count = 17.457 > F-table = 3.238; sig. 0.000). Meanwhile, the R Square value of 0.472 indicates that 47% of employee performance is explained by the independent variables in this study, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors not examined. The findings imply that maintaining a conducive work environment and enhancing effective work motivation are key factors in driving overall employee performance improvement. Abstrak Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintah dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Rendahnya kinerja sering kali disebabkan oleh lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif dan motivasi kerja yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Manajemen Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 42 responden. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan nilai (t-hitung = 2,834 > t-tabel = 2,023; sig.0,007), demikian pula dengan motivasi (t-hitung = 2,344 > t-tabel = 2,023; sig.0,024). Uji simultan melalui uji F membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan (F-hitung = 17.457 > F-tabel = 3,238; sig. 0,000). Sementara itu, nilai R Square sebesar 0,472 yang menunjukkan sebesar 47% (setelah dibulatkan) Sementara itu, sisa 53% (setelah dibulatkan) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar variabel independen yang diteliti dalam studi ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menjaga lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan peningkatan motivasi kerja yang efektif dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

PT XYZ as a forestry company lacks systematic documentation regarding employee job satisfaction levels, particularly related to the influence of leadership styles and work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive method involving 42 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Work environment significantly influences job satisfaction (t count 4.280 > t table 2.023; sig. 0.001 < 0.05) with regression coefficient 0.480. Leadership style has positive but insignificant influence (t count 0.637 < t table 2.023; sig. 0.528 > 0.05) with coefficient 0.076. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence (F count 19.249 > F table 3.23) with 47.1% contribution to job satisfaction.  Work environment has dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Management is advised to prioritize work environment improvement and develop comprehensive leadership development programs.

Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to determine the influence of compensation and workload on employee performance at PT Alli Kreasindo Mandiri. A quantitative approach is used in this research, with data collection through questionnaires to 45 respondents. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The partial test results slow that compensation significantly affects employee performance as indicated by the t-count value = 3.259 > t-table = 2.018 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Likewise, workload significantly affects employee performance as noted in the t-count value of 2.469 > t-table 2.018 and a significance value of 0.018 < 0.05. Simultaneous test through f-test indicates that both independent variables together have a significant effect, f-count = 23.915 > f-table = 3.220 and significance value 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.532 indicates that 53,2% of employee performance variation is explained by this model. The implication of this finding is the importance of appropriate and fair compensation, as well as a balanced workload, to improve or realize employee performance in accordance with company expectations. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 45 responden. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung = 3.259 > t-tabel 2.018 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Demikian pula, dengan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung 2.469 > t-tabel 2.018 dan nilai signifikansi 0,018 < 0,05. Uji simultan melalui uji F mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan, f-hitung = 23.915 > f-tabel = 3.220 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05. Sementara itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.532 menunjukkan bahwa 53,2% variasi kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh model ini. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya kompensasi yang sesuai dan adil, serta beban kerja yang seimbang untuk meningkatkan maupun mewujudkan kinerja karyawan yang sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan.

Abstract

Indonesia is highly vulnerable to natural disasters, which affect banking sector stability through increased credit risk, reflected in rising Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Natural disasters disrupt borrowers’ cash flows, damage productive assets and loan collateral, and heighten default risk, particularly among micro, small, and medium enterprises and in disaster-prone regions. This study aims to analyze the role of disaster insurance in mitigating NPL dan NPF risk in Indonesia’s banking sector. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, the study relies on documentary analysis of reports from financial authorities, disaster management agencies, banking institutions, and relevant literature from 2017–2025. Content analysis is applied to examine disaster risk transmission and the effectiveness of disaster insurance as a risk transfer mechanism. The findings indicate that disaster insurance helps reduce NPL and NPF volatility by protecting collateral values and supporting post disaster cash flow recovery, although its effectiveness remains constrained by low insurance penetration. The study highlights the importance of strengthening disaster insurance to enhance financial system resilience.
