Abstract

Permasalahan kulit sering dialami oleh sebagian orang khususnya kaum wanita, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut biasanya masyarakat mendatangi sebuah klinik kecantikan untuk melakukan perawatan atau pun pengobatan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Hal tersebut membuat klinik tersebut diminati masyarakat khususnya wanita hingga rela mengantri. Antrian pada klinik kecantikan bisa saja terjadi apabila beberapa pengunjung membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk konsultasi dengan dokter atau menjalani beberapa perawatan sekaligus. Agar dapat mengetahui waktu tunggu maupun waktu disetiap sistem pada antrian klinik kecantikan ini dibuat model petri net yang kemudian diaplikasikan dengan aljabar maxplus sehingga dapat diperoleh waktu antrian yang dibutuhkan setiap proses.AbstractSkin problems are often experienced by some people, especially women, to overcome this problem, people usually come to a beauty clinic to perform treatments in accordance with the problems faced. This makes the health beauty clinic attractive to the public, especially women, who are willing to queue up. Queues at the  clinic can occur if some visitors need a long time to consult with a doctor or undergo several treatments at once. In order to find out the waiting time and the time in each system in this beauty clinic queue, a petri net model was created which was then applied to maxplus algebra so that the average time needed for each process can be obtained.
