Abstract

This paper is entitled “Penerapan Pertamina Way pada SPBU 14.285.680 HJ. T. Umisalamah Pasir Putih Pasir Pengaraian” the purpose of the research is to explain the result of research by narasi, where the gathered data is explained in structured sentence systematically.Since 2008 SPBU 14.285.680 Hj. T Umisalamah Pasir Pengaraian have run program PT. Pertamina to apply standar service that consist of 5 element, there are staff service, facility and equipment, consistent physical format, offer of product and service of addition with operator applying 3S + 3P (Greeting, Smile, admonish and good measuring, good the return and good service)The effort of SPBU 14.285.680 Hj. T. Umisalmah Pasir Pengaraian in maintaining Pasti Pas Certificate is hard work, environmental friendliness, improving the quality of service, and doing assessment of job. In order to until know SPBU 14.285.680 Hj. T. Umisalmah Pasir Pengaraian can execute program Pertamina Way and Pasti Pas certificates.

Abstract

Terminal Dangerakko yang terletak di Kecamatan Wara Kota Palopo. Merupakan terminal tipe C yang melayani angkutan umum antar kota dalam propinsi berupa angkutan kota. Terminal Dangerakko dilihat dari kondisi luas lahannya merupakan terminal tipe C, tetapi kondisi yang ada terminal Dangerakko memberikan pelayanan untuk muatan tipe B Hasil analisis dari lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk kondisi terminal Dangerakko sudah tidak berfugsi sebagai terminal tipe C di karenakan luas areal yang tidak mencukupi untuk melayani angkutan yang masuk yaitu ankutan pedesaan, angkutan antar kota, dan angkutan antar propinsi yang mana merupakan ankutan tipe B. Melihat luasan area Terminal Dangerakko yang hanya + 1.630 Ha, terminal tersebut tidak layak di katakan terminal tipe B sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Perumahan adalah sebuah kelompok rumah yang berfungsi sebagai lingkungan tempat tinggal atau hunian yang dilengkapi dengan prasarana dan praprasarana lingkungannya yang lengkap, misalnya: ruang terbuka hijau, jaringan jalan, saluran Draenase, air limbah, persampahan, Air bersih/air minum dan jaringan listrik. yang memungkinkan lingkungan pemukiman berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

This study aimed (1) to observe the average daily traffic (LHRT) at signalized intersections, (2) analyzing traffic light control system (planning traffic light). The research is the study of the characteristics of the traffic light (traffic light planning). Approach the research methods used in this research is analytical and descriptive quantitative method. The results of the analysis and discussion shows that the traffic volume of the average daily (LHRT) at the signalized intersection leg intersections observed has been eligible to planned needs traffic light (planning traffic light), and the analysis cycle time according to the actual conditions of the existing traffic on when done from the north, south, east and west.
