Abstract

This research explain and prove (1) influence of perception of employees of climate work and management support to effort work by parsial and together, (2) influence of perception of taxpayer of effort work to quality of service at tax payer and (3) influence quality of service tax at conducted by smuggling action is Taxpayer. This Subyek Research is 156 Office employees Service tax on Kanwil Java Part of West of II. Result of this research show the existence of positive influence of perception job climate, management support, effort work at quality of service, and negative influence to level smuggling tax.Keyword : work climate, management support, work effort, Taxpayer’s service Quality.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers for undergraduate students in the form of a thesis, it is often difficult to understand the rules of writing. This was confirmed by the survey at the beginning of the activity. The purpose of this activity is that there is an increase in the student participating in the writing of thesis scientific papers. The method used in this activity is a series of workshops during August-October 2020. The workshops are conducted interactively online through a zoom meeting. After providing materials and simulations through workshops, the activity was continued with individual consultation and mentoring through the WhatsApp group. The training participants consisted of 99 students in the First Series, then 70 students in the Second Series. Workshop participants come from various campuses. To find out the impact of the activity, at the end of the activity an online survey was conducted. In general, the participants felt helped by the activity of this workshop. However, because the speakers has a social and humanities background, participants from the technology science family are not specifically served

Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang No 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan merupakan sumber energi yang sangat penting bagi kesehatan. Malpraktik merupakan tindakan medis yang dilakukan dengan melanggar hukum, kepatutan, asas kesusilaan, dan prinsip profesional, baik dengan sengaja maupun karena kurang hati-hati. Dalam Islam, malpraktik dianggap sebagai kejahatan yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi orang lain, dan prinsip dasar pengobatan Islam adalah melindungi dan memelihara kehidupan manusia. Kajian dari peneltian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan jurnal, ebook, skripsi dan buku cetak dalam bentuk tulisan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis induktif yaitu mengambil hal hal yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibahas. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa Islam adalah agama kesempurnaan. Ajaran Islam mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan. Islam memberikan segala bekal yang dibutuhkan manusia termasuk masalah malpraktik tenaga kesehatan. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mengetahui konsep malpraktik tenaga kesehatan dalam perspektif hukum Islam untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggung jawab tenaga medis yang dapat dijalankan.
