Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of the research (Test F) are known the value of F = 125,473 significance 0,000 <0,05. Soit can be concluded jointly variables Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has positive and significant impact on performance. From t tests concluded that the variables of leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has positive and significant impact on performance. This can be proved by looking at the significance of each variable <0,05. R² obtained from test results for 0892 or 89.2 %. Which meanc the variability of the dependent variable can be explained by the variability of the indevendent variables not included in the regression models such as motivation, level of education and work environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know: 1) the influence of a leadership toward the performance, 2) the influence of work discipline toward the performance, 3) the influence of a leadership toward the motivation, 4) the influence of work discipline toward the motivation, 5) the influence of motivation toward the performance. The data are collected from 55 respondents by using a census method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as validity test by using a product moment test and the reliability test by using a cronbach alpha technique, path analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient. The research result show that 1) the influence is positif significant of a leadership toward the performance, 2) the influence is positif significant of work discipline toward the performance. 3) the influence is positif significant of a leadership toward the motivation, 4) the influence is positif significant of the work discipline  toward the job satisfaction, 5) the influence is positif significant of a job satisfaction toward the motivation, 6) the influence is not significant of a leadership toward the performance via motivation, and the influence is not significant of the work discipline toward the performance via motivation, 7) the coefficient determination shows that R Square is 0,601 or 60,1%, means that performance variable axplains is the leadership, the work discipline, and the motivation satisfaction are 60,1%, and while its remain 39,9% is explained by other variable which are not involved in regression model such as organization culture and job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research are to test the influences of the leadership, the competence, on the performance of officers with the motivation as an intervening variable at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. Data was collected from 116 officers as a sample. It was collected directly with a questioner and observation. Tools of analysis such as Path analysis with t test, F test, determination coefficient test are used in this reseach: The t test also prove that the leadership influential positive and not significant on the motivation at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The competence influential positive and significant on the motivation at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The leadership influential negative and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The competence influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The motivation influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. F test or simultaneous influential the leadership, the competence and the motivation on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. Determination test (R2 test) shows that dependent variable can be cleared by the leadership, the competence and the motivation that be researched for the fist and second of equation of double linear regression about 55,9% and 44,1% be cleared out side of variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research are to test the influences of the leadership, the communication, and competense on the performance of officers with the motivation as a moderating variable at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Data was collected from 50 officers as a sample. It was collected directly with a questioner and observation. The result of the this research prove that equation of double linear regression shows: The t test also prove that the leadership positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The communication influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The competense influential positive and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The education influential negative and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The motivation influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri.. F test or simultaneous the leadership, the communication, and competense, and the motivation on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Determination test (R2 test) shows that dependent variable can be cleared by the leadership, the communication, and competense that be researched for the fist and second of equation of double linear regression about 91,7% and (8,3%) be cleared out side of variable. The motivation didn’t moderate the influence of the leadership, the communication, and competense and education on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Abstract

This research aims to test: 1) the influence of a job satisfaction toward the employees motivation, 2) the influence of a job discipline toward the employees motivation, 3) the influence of a job satisfaction toward the employees performance, 4) the influence of a job discipline toward the employees performance, 5) the influence of a motivation toward the employees performance. The data are collected from 120 employees by using a accidental sampling. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as the validity test by using a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha technique; linearity test by using Langrange Multiplier test; the hypothesis test such as: path analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient (R2); correlation between variable and than direct effect and indirect effect. The research result shows that: 1) the influence of a job satisfaction positive significant toward the employees motivation, 2) the influence of a job discipline positive significant toward the employees motivation, 3) the influence of a job satisfaction insignificant toward the employees performance, 4) the influence of a job discipline positive significant toward the employees performance, 5) the influence of a motivation positive significant toward the employees performance, 6) the role of motivation on influence job satisfaction and job discipline toward the employees performance and while its explained by other factors which are involved in the regression model such as a job culture and education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care for a parent satisfaction and loyalty to the MI State Grogol Sukoharjo district. The technique of determining the sample in this study with census method that sampled all members of the population, as many as 100 parents of students, data analysis using path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this study show a negative and significant effect tangible loyalty, reliability and no significant positive effect on loyalty, responsiveness and a significant negative effect on loyalty, security and significant positive effect on loyalty, concern has positive and significant impact on the loyalty of parents MI State Grogol Sukoharjo district. The results of path analysis is a direct path (direct effect) is the direct influence of the reliability, security, greater awareness of the influence of indirect and direct influence and responsiveness tangible smaller than the indirect effect. . Total value of determination of 0,4924 has a variance of loyalty explained by the variable reliability, security, care, and responsiveness tangible of 49,24%, the remaining 50,76% is explained variables outside the model. Variable of concern is the most dominant variable loyalty of parents in MI State Grogol Sukoharjo district. Keywords: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Care, Loyalty.
