Abstract

One of the success in cultivation ofsoybean is determined by the seed. In Sawahan, Bleberan, Playen, Gunung Kidul, it had been observed at eight varieties ofsoybean. Those are five good national varietions Galunggung (V 1), varietions Wilis (V 2), varietions Mahameru (V3), varietions Malabar (V4) and varietions Bromo (V5) and three good local varieties varietions Local Imogiri (V 6), varietions Local Prambanan (V 7), and varietions Local Playen (V8). The observation was done in November 2007 untail February 2008, its purpose is to know which varieties indicating the good soybean growth and product. The experiment used Randomized Complete Block Design with one factor and 3 replacations. The data is group into two kinds. Those are the growth consisting the number of branch, leaves, and the height and the product the consist ofthe number ofpod, seed, and the weight of 100 soybean seeds. The results showed that application it concludes that good person grows bean it is variation Imogiri (V6), and the good bean of the production is varietion Imogiri (V6). Examinations use to factor of one it concludes that goodperson grows bean it is varietion and the good bean ofthe production is varietion local Imogiri. Key words: soybean variety, growth, produced.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan merumuskan teori transformasi nilai-nilai life force dalam seni dari ranah budaya mitis ke budaya ontologis.  Kehadiran teori ini cukup penting karena dapat menjadi salah satu sarana mengkaji seni masa lampau kaitannya dengan seni masa kini, serta pijakan ilmiah penciptaan karya seni masa kini yang berbasis nilai-nilai budaya masa lampau. Objek material yang dikaji adalah tokoh Petruk dalam wayang kulit purwa. Metode telaah yang digunakan untuk kepentingan tersebut adalah conceptual approach. Hasil kajian menunjukkan, bahwa transformasi nilai-nilai life force dalam seni dari ranah budaya mitis ke budaya ontologis dapat dilakukan jika kreator mampu menemukan, menginterpretasi, dan mengejawantahkan nilai- nilai tersebut ke dalam karya seni masa kini dengan memperhatikan tiga dasar penciptaan seni, yakni: isi, bentuk, dan penyajian karya yang kontekstual.Kata kunci: tranformasi, nilai life force, estetika budaya mitis dan ontologis

Abstract

Based on the datas of health departement of Pontianak City, the Number of the refill drink water storehouse had been achieved 57. People as consumer of it have the right to get insurance of health and safety. Therefore there was needed to study bacte-riolgical test.This study was to get datas and to learn the coliform bacteriological contents of raw water and processed water on the refill drink water storehouse in Pontianak City. Raw water resource in Pontianak was 100 % derived from mountains. It covered 77.2 % of Anjungan, 12.3 % of Paniraman, 10.0 % of Sui Purun. It had Most Probable Coliform Number and Echericia Coli Number were 71.9 % and 59.6 % in sequence. These did not fulfill the requirements of health standard yet. Like wise, processed water of storehouse in Pontianak possessed 33.3 % of Most Probable Coliform Number and 15.4 % of E.Coli Number. The quality of raw water had significant coherence with Most Probable Coliform Number and Echericia Coli Number. Other factors that related to product of processed water quality were: The protection of raw water, disinfection processing, and water re-filling processing to plastic flask. Hence, the advice for processing manager of drinking water were to more taking a care the quality by disinfection pretreatment and protection. It was suggested for the health department to monitor and to evaluate continuesly at least every six months. It was recommended to people to choose selectively became customer of refill drinking water storehousers. Choose between them that had steril and saniter processing.
