Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam: merencanakan program; melaksanakan program; pengawasan dan evaluasi program; dan mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, setting penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Langenharjo Kendal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif melalui langkah kegiatan: reduksi; penyajian data; penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : perencanaan kepala sekolah antara lain menyusun program tahunan sekolah; pelaksanaan program sekolah dan program pembelajaran, dilakukan secara rutin terjadwal; pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan secara rutin dan terjadwal. untuk memperoleh masukan tentang target dan kemajuan sekolah, melibatkan komponen dan stakeholder sekolah. AbstractThe objectives are describing and analyzing of the principal leadership on Mapping out program; Implementation of program; Supervising and evaluating program; Coping with some obstacles in implementation of program. The researcher formulated four of reseach questions as follow, How is the principal leadership in planning program; applying his program; supervising and evaluating his program; coping with some obstracles in applying his program?. The research design is applying qualitative approach, the setting of place at Langunharjo’s State Elementary School 1 in Kendal regency. Data colection are taken from observations, interviews and documentations, the data were analyzed into: reduction; data presentation; conclusion and verification. The result of the reasech shows that the planning that was conducted by principal some of them are making upon annual program; the implementation of program on teaching and learning program was conducted in line with school’s agenda; supervising and evaluating are regularly done based on the agenda.
