Abstract

ABSTRACT Quality of public service influenced by Some dominant factor among others is public policy, covering finance aspect, technological and good human resource being and also nature and also organization, environment and characteristic society itself, including in it mount education, mount earnings, norm, political, free mass media, and governmental control to public service. Key from make-up of the public service quality is how to improve position balance bargain between various stakeholders, because to increase efficiency require action from various corner. Abstract

Abstract Our Challenge more and more felt by since early the happening of monetary crisis before year-end 1997, even up to now even also still felt by its impact. Riot for the shake of despicable riot is which knock over all angle of fatherland of is condition of this, so that a number of area owning many potency of “wisata” and tourism activity experience of the drastic degradation in number domestic and also foreign tourist visit. The collapse is national economics in this time, especially as overseas debt. Effect, hence effort the effort economics base on the domestic strength start to become the expectation. One of them is object tourism which is spread over in all Indonesia. Nowadays mankind of mankind of Indonesia tourism have to can look for the correct strategy to overcome the economic business resistance and also cultural and political resistance from outside to go forward to become one of the opportunity and alternative, at least with a purpose to prevent the Indonesia tourism become to retreat rear. Abstract

ABSTRAK Target in this research is to know influence significance ability of dean managerial  covering ability of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling to efficacy of curriculum program base on competition in Economic Faculty of Unisri, either through partial and by together. To be can finish head duty better as according to owned profession, dean require to have and master ability of managerial, so that can run duty lead and can improve performance all led lecturer. Concluded by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling by partial and also together have an effect on significant to curriculum program variable base on competition . Result of determination coefficient obtained by R2 value = 0,792, meaning independent variable contribution to dependent variable equal to 79,2 percent, while the rest 20,8 percent influenced by other variable which is not checked Keywords: planning, organizing, directing, controlling, curriculum program base on competition
