Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah belanja modal berpengaruh terhadap aset tetap Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu? Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh belanja modal terhadap aset tetap Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu.Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari catatan laporan keuangan APBD Provinsi Bengkulu serta dokumen lainnya yang berhubungan dengan belanja modal dan aset tetap. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi product moment dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aset tetap Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, sedangkan tingkat kekuatan hubungan belanja modal terhadap aset tetap adalah kuat dan nilainya positif, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang searah antar variabel dimana kenaikan belanja modal maka akan diikuti kenaikan aset, sebaliknya penurunan belanja modal,diikuti penurunan aset tetap Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the KILOGS application in improving cargo tracking transparency and customer satisfaction at PT. Krakatau Jasa Logistik (KJL). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data for this study came from two main sources, namely primary data and secondary data, using in-depth interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the thematic analysis method using the Nvivo analysis tool. This technique is used to identify, analyze, and report patterns (themes) that emerge from qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KILOGS application by PT. Krakatau Jasa Logistik significantly improves customer satisfaction by providing real-time tracking capabilities, automatic notifications and accurate information, thereby increasing transparency and customer trust. The application also succeeded in improving the company's operational efficiency by reducing tracking time, error frequency, and manual employee workload. Abstract

Pelatihan administrasi digital berbasis Canva di Kelurahan Tanjung Iman dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur dalam menyusun dokumen administrasi yang kreatif, efisien, dan profesional. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 15 peserta dari unsur perangkat kelurahan dan staf administrasi, yang menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam memahami konsep administrasi digital, pengenalan aplikasi Canva, serta praktik langsung dalam membuat dokumen seperti surat pengumuman, laporan kegiatan, infografis, dan poster pelayanan publik. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta dibimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyusun dan mengarsipkan dokumen digital serta mempublikasikannya melalui media sosial dan platform digital lainnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman serta kemampuan aparatur dalam administrasi berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of economies in many countries. The Fourth Industrial Revolution brings significant changes in how MSMEs operate, including in marketing, production, and interaction with customers. These changes can have positive or negative impacts depending on how well MSMEs adapt to new technologies. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on MSMEs, employment, and poverty in the context of a digital society, providing better insights for decision-makers in designing policies and strategies for a future economy that is sustainable and inclusive. This research uses a qualitative approach in literature review with a focus on the research contributions to community engagement. Data for the literature review were obtained through Google Scholar with a range of years from 2017 to 2024. The study results show that the Fourth Industrial Revolution has globally transformed businesses, employment, and poverty through digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and robotics. Although it provides opportunities for MSMEs to thrive, challenges related to technology adoption remain. Investments in human resources, technology, and digital connectivity are crucial. Changes in workforce demands and economic inequalities underscore the need for investments in education, training, and flexible regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of facilities on visitor satisfaction (at Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City), to determine the effect of employee service on visitor satisfaction (at Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City), to determine the effect of facilities and employee service on visitor satisfaction (at the Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City), to determine the magnitude of the influence of employee facilities and services on visitor satisfaction (the Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City). Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. Data collection methods include observation, documentation, literature and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypotheses. The research results showed that facilities significantly influence visitor satisfaction at the Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City. This is shown by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee service significantly influences visitor satisfaction at the Qween tourist park, Betungan Village, Bengkulu City. This is shown by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee facilities and services explain changes in the consumer satisfaction variable by 76.2%, while the remaining 23.8% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between product quality, price, location and promotion on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop, to find out how much influence product quality has on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop, how much influence price has on consumer satisfaction at the shop AHK Cheese cake, how much influence does location have on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop, how much influence does promotion have on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop, how big is the influence of product quality, price, location and promotion on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop in Teluk Segara District. Data collection methods include library research, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypotheses. The research results showed that product quality, price, location and promotion together (simultaneously) had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop in Teluk Segara District is 8.3%, while the remaining 91.7% is explained by other factors. The magnitude of the influence of price on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop in Teluk Segara District is 37.1% while the remaining 61.9% is explained by other factors. The influence of location on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop in Teluk Segara District is 26.7% while the remaining 73.3% is explained by other factors. The influence of promotion on consumer satisfaction at the AHK Cheese cake shop in Teluk Segara District is 78.7%, while the remaining 21.3% is explained by other factors. The influence of product quality, price, location and promotion on consumer satisfaction at the cake shop. The AHK for Cheese in Teluk Segara District is 79.2% while the remaining 20.8% is explained by other factors. Thus, the AHK Cheese cake shop should also try to improve product quality, still pay attention to the prices set, and look for a more strategic location

Abstract

One of the environmental problems that is often encountered in daily life is waste. Waste is a never-ending problem because its volume continues to increase along with population growth. The volume of waste produced by households is the second largest after industrial waste. In our daily lives we can never be separated from what is called rubbish. The problem of waste is not a new problem, because until now the waste problem has not been resolved properly, so its management needs to be carried out comprehensively and integrated from upstream to downstream in order to provide economic benefits, be healthy for the community, and be safe for the environment. In order to help the community understand how to manage waste properly, this community service aims to provide knowledge to the community or residents in Penembang village regarding the meaning of waste, characteristics of waste, waste management, good waste management planning.
