Abstract

AbtractAmount corruption cases are conducted by the office holder of late show how the ethical value of our noble birth life and state context is very collapse. In the other side we always find dishonest businessman in our trade stage. A phenomenon as selling food by mixing spoiled and fresh one, preserving fish by formalin, giving tactile color substance in the provision that mostly found from mass media either news paper or electronic media that presented more and more. In this research writer just want to blow up corruption phenomenon because it dangerous wider than other cases. Corruption effect destroys value of social order and also shatters economic factor of our state that influence overall society finally. This is a library research with descriptive model. In the first part writer explains corruption meaning and it law discourse, furthermore explored how Islam keep the member in order to avoid corruption, because corruption is extra ordinary crime that forbidden explicitly. Therefore Islam makes rules in order the members of religion do not conduct  corruption as told by Abu Fida’ Abdur Rafi’. Key Word: Corruption, Islam, Civilized SocietyMaraknya kasus korupsi  yang dilakukan oleh pejabat negara akhir-akhir ini menunjukkan betapa runtuhnya nilai-nilai etika dalam hidup berbangsa dan bernegara kita. Pada sisi yang lain, di dunia perdagangan kita juga banyak menemui orang-orang yang tidak jujur dalam berbisnis. Fenome seperti menjual makanan dengan cara mencampur antara makanan yang baru dengan yang lama,mengawetkan ikan dengan formalin, memberi zat pewarna tekstil pada makanan tertentu sudah jamak kita dapatkan informasi dari media cetak maupun elektronik yang terus menerus menyuguhkannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis hanya mengangkat tentang fenomena korupsi karena bahayanya dan mudaratnya lebih luas daripada kasus-kasus yang lain. Pada kasus korupsi dampaknya adalah ambruknya tatanan nilai sosial dan hancurnya ekonomi negara yang akan berujung pada masyarakat seluruhnya. Penelitian ini adalah librarian research dengan model deskriptif. Di bagian awal penulis menjelaskan arti korupsi dan kajian hukumnya. Selanjutnya disampaian pula bagaimana islam menjaga umatnya agar terhidar dari korupsi, karena korupsi merupakan extra ordinary crime yang oleh islam telah di larang keras. Oleh karenanya islam membuat kiat-kiat agar umatnya tidak melakukan korupsi sebagaimana disampaikan oleh Abu Fida’ Abdur Rafi’.

Abstract

Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) is a trending topic worldwide that is gaining a lot of traction because of its focus on social and environmental impact, and its relationship to improving financial performance. Likewise, Islamic Finance, being Shariah-compliant, is also another concept that is growing globally. These two concepts share many common values and similarities as they address challenges of social development. However, there are several obstacles and challenges in terms of integrating ESG in financial institutions, because this is a new concept. Financial institutions implement sharia principles with the aim of achieving Maqasid Sharia (i.e., protecting life, religion, mind, lineage and property). Even in the concept of ESG investment, screening of certain business sectors is required. The aim of this research is to optimize the potential to attract more interest from public companies as ESG and Maqasid Syaria strive to fulfill their social goals without compromising their side business operations. The research method uses a type of Systematic Review with a mixed method of literature search which is carried out both in qualitative and quantitative research. It aims to improve the integrity of research findings from 20 journal articles. This research found that Many Islamic banks have started promoting sustainability through their financing and initiatives many years ago which put them ahead in terms of ESG. There are still many obstacles that need to be overcome to get the best results from the integration of ESG and Islamic Finance as well as offering insights into Islamic finance models such as ESG investment from an Islamic perspective, especially with regard to the concepts of Maqasid Sharia and maslaha mursala, so that ESG and Maqasid Sharia can be applied in all institutions, especially Islamic banking.
