Abstract

This study aims to delineate the issues affecting the contemporary public administration and highlight the scholarly tension in its theoretical and intellectual aspects. The emerging problems faced by the discipline encompass the historical conflicts, limitation complications, and vagueness in scope, definition, and methodology of public administration. In a context of technological growth, integration of business and nonprofits, unfixed limitations of legality to public policy making and execution, traditional tug of war of politics and administration dichotomy by practitioners also address the public administration in doldrums. Influencing impacts of globalization, complementary approaches to public administration, outdated boundary lines between administration, transparency and administrative accountability, bureaucratic flaws and acceptance of managerial innovative techniques raise the questions in the discipline. The given literature of public administration issues entailed to identify the paradigm tension, limitation and scope, definitional vagueness, contradicting approach, and teaching and methodological tautness. Attaining the purpose of the research exploratory method and secondary source of the data collection used to meet the criteria of the study.

Abstract

This study is concerned to explore the impacts of a parental education andtransformative leadership role on children’s academic performance. Afterdelivering a brief literature review, study support the significance andimplications of an educated family, availability of modern facilities, andtransformative leadership role to become a productive to meet the educationalgoals and it also impacts the educational policies and education professionals.Numerous research items assist to measure the impacts of parents’ education,modern accessible modern facilities, and motivating and visional leadershipon children’s academic outcome and development. In this study Selfadministered questionnaires were designed and random sampling wascollected from three public Degree colleges in Sindh, Pakistan. The dataanalysis was carried out by means of descriptive and inferential statistics inwhich Kendall’s tau C tests and Kruskal- Wallis H-test were used to meet thehypotheses tests. The findings of the study support the positive association ofparent education, convenience of modern facilities, and motivating andvisional role on their children’s academic performance. In demographiccharacteristics respondents’ different background was encircled and a broadinfluence of parent education and leadership on children academicperformance was supported in a wide literature

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the perception of Islamic Banking users and measure the proposed behavioral factors like perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, and attitude with the intention to use. This research inculcates the theory of planned behavior (TPB), unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), and technology acceptance model (TAM) in a perspective of Islamic Banking. The nature of the research is based on the quantitative methodology and follows the survey questionnaire in order to collect the data within the province of Sindh. For the data analysis 268 survey items were distributed among the Bank customers and the only 193 respondents materialized their feedback. For the testing the hypothesis SPSS version 24 was used. The results of the study show that all proposed constructs fond the positive and significant relationship with the criterion variable. Moreover, theoretical and practical significance of this study is related to behavior of consumer in Islamic Banking and it ensures the services and products via adoption, promotion, and propagation of Islamic banking as a social norm in Pakistan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the utilization of ICT in education administration and management in a Pakistan context during the pandemic outbreak. Adoption of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has digitalized the learning process where education organizations were administrated by means of wireless-based instructions, electronic pedagogy, and online assessment in order to continue the educational activities while the government halted the physical appearance in education institutions. Data collection has been carried by three public universities in which teachers and general administration of these institutions participated to discover their intention to use the assigned technology to administrate organizations’ policies in the way to disseminate the respective service delivery. Survey questionnaires were used, and 178 respondents’ feedback was secured to analyze the study that was carried out via SPSS version 24 and validation OF hypotheses measured by means of regressions and correlations. Moreover, proposed factors like intention to use, perceived ease of ease, perceived usefulness, social influence, and Users’ expectations were used. A theoretical approach was inculcated to encircle the UTAUT and TAM model to determine the adoption of the innovative system education management during the pandemic outbreak in the country.
