Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung cukup lama hal ini memberikan dampak pada para pedagang diberbagai bidang termasuk pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk meneliti dampak pandemi dengan menggunakan analisis yang bersifat deskriptif. Gambaran fenomena yang ada menjadi bahan untuk mengetahui dampak ekonomi dan sosial, strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan, serta kendala yang dihadapi oleh pedagang pasar tradisonal. penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar badak pandeglang yang berada di pusat kota pandeglang pada awal tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak ekonomi serta sosial bagi para pedagang pasar badak, agar tetap bisa bertahan para pedagang melakukan strategi bertahan (adaptasi) dalam menghadapi pandemi ini.

Abstract

Pada saat ini proses digitalisasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu keniscyaan karena hal ini dapat membantu perusahaan memodernisasi fungsi SDM dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. disaat yang sama, dibutuhkan pula perubahan gaya kerja dan perubahan kebutuhan SDM terutama pasca pandemi dimana terjadinya banyak perubahan serta pergeseran cara kerja SDM dari manual ke digital dari bekerja di kantor menjadi Work From Home (WFH) . Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi di era digital pada pekerja milenial. Peneliti juga mengeksplorasi strategi apa saja yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi SDM di Era Digital, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kompetensi dan peran SDM generasi Milenial.

Abstract

Berbagai laporan baik tingkat nasional maupun regional telah memproyeksikan bahwapertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia di masa depan akan dipengaruhi oleh perkembanganteknologi digital. Namun, sampai sejauh mana pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dipengaruhi olehperkembangan ekonomi digital bisa menjamin peningkatan kualitas hidup seluruh lapisanmasyarakat? Apakah ekonomi digital di masa depan dapat mengurangi angka ketimpangansosial yang saat ini cukup tinggi? Berangkat dari pertanyaan tersebut, penulis bermaksudmemahami potensi ekonomi digital di Indonesia saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalampenulisan artikel ini adalah analisis deskriptif, pada kasus ini penulis menemukan bahwaterdapat banyak potensi ekonomi digital di Indonesia diantaranya ada potensi bisnistransfortasi, potensi bidang kesehatan potensi bidang keuangan/perbankan, potensi UMKM,potensi budaya, pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif serta potensi bidaang pertanian

Abstract

An organization or company will try to take various actions to achieve company goals. Employees are the main factor in achieving these goals. The more employees who are motivated to do something, the better it is for the organization or company to make it easier to achieve its goals. Sometimes, other variables can cause the resource's motivation to decrease. therefore, to find out how transportation allowances affect PT. Multi Indomandiri (Wings Group) is the aim of this research. The quantitative approach method used in making this research by taking a sample of seventy workers in the production division of PT. Multi Indomandiri (also known as Wings Group). This study uses simple linear regression analysis using classical assumption test, model significance, and model quality test. That the transportation allowance has a positive and significant influence on the motivation of PT. Multi Indomandiri (Wings Group) as a result of this research

Abstract

The creative economy is a form of development of the economic concept, but with the addition of creativity. However, creativity is not only limited to production activities, but also includes how raw materials are used and technological innovations in them. Today, understanding market aspects and designing the right marketing strategy is the main key to surviving and developing in business. Market and marketing aspects play an important role in business feasibility studies. Market aspects refer to various factors that influence the dynamics and characteristics of a market. It covers everything from consumer behavior, buyer preferences, competition between brands, to external factors such as government regulations and industry trends. In a business feasibility study, market aspects are aspects related to market conditions in the industrial sector run by a business. The market aspects analyzed will usually include several main things, namely market demand for the product to be sold, the level of competition and competitors' strategies in marketing the product, and market segmentation. The market and marketing aspects in a business feasibility study are key factors that are very important in determining the success of a business.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices, identify challenges and obstacles in implementing digital marketing, assess the effectiveness of digital marketing training in enhancing human resource knowledge and skills, and evaluate the impact of digital marketing training on business performance and strategies to optimize its use. This research employs a mixed-method approach. The subjects of the study are micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency, with a sample size of 38 individuals. The findings indicate an improvement in the understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices among MSME operators after undergoing training. Challenges encountered include limitations in smartphone ownership, regional accessibility, packaging knowledge, and online selling experience. Digital marketing training has proven effective in enhancing the knowledge and skills of MSME human resources through strategies such as increasing training frequency, providing hands-on practice in creating social media and marketplaces for digital product marketing, and developing product logos for branding to compete in the online sales market

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to pioneer and develop pesantren-based entrepreneurs through a series of entrepreneurial training and mentoring activities aimed at students of PP Asy-Syifa, Saruni, Pandeglang. Pesantren as Islamic educational institutions have great potential in developing community-based economies, but often do not have adequate access and skills to develop independent and sustainable businesses. The implementation of this program is focused on improving the skills of students in the field of entrepreneurship through intensive training and continuous mentoring. The results of this program show an increase in entrepreneurial skills among students, the establishment of two new business units managed by the pesantren, namely hydroponic vegetable farming and fish farming, and ongoing support from mentors to ensure business sustainability. With this training and mentoring, the students of PP Asy-Syifa not only gain practical knowledge about entrepreneurship, but are also able to apply it directly in business development. This program is expected to become a model of pesantren-based entrepreneurship pioneering that can be replicated in other pesantren, thus contributing to the economic independence of pesantren and improving the welfare of pesantren communities in Pandeglang and surrounding areas.
