Abstract

Abstrak (ina) :Telah dilakukan sintesis lapisan tipis CdS dengan metoda spray pyrolisis dari larutan CdCl2 (0,01M) dan thiourea (0,01M) pada substrat kaca glass. Atomisasi dari larutan menggunakan spray nozzle, untuk membantu memompa udara menjadi carrier gas. Lajuspray nozzle 12cm3/menit dan variasi waktu 5, 10, 15, 20, dan 30 menit pada suhu 2250C. Lapisan tipis CdS yang dihasilkan diukur resistivitas listrik, struktur Kristal dan struktur mikro. Hasil dan pengukuran resistivitas listrik menunjukkan bahwa kenaikkan waktu desposisi (dari 5, 10, 15, 20, dan 30 menit) dakan menaikkan nilai resitivitas listrik (dari 7,9 X 105 – 11,6 X 105 ?.cm). Hasil dari difraktogram sinar-x menunjukkan adanya dua puncak difraksi dengan orientasi bidang yaitu (002), dan (110), parameter kisi a = 4,0996 Å dan c = 6,6841 Å  serta strktur Kristal berbentuk hexagonal. Struktur mikro lapisan tipis CdS menunjukkan makin kasar permukaannya, makin lama waktu desposisi.Keyword : Thin film CdS, Spray pyrolisis, the crystal-structure, resistivity.

Abstract

Managing the careers of civil servants is important to the strategic use of government management. This study investigates CA’s profile of the Pagar Alam City‘s civil servants. Three hundreds seventy six usable questionnaires are obtained. The data strongly suggest that the dominant CA held by the respondents is multiple CAs. The Service CA is ranked in the second which has to be the first as its functions. Then, three new CAs with their new items emerge as CA dimensions, that is life satisfaction, idealism, and managerial skill making their career decisions. These results reveal that current situation forces civil servants to climb various of careers to fulfill their needs. So, the government needs to be careful to provide career paths in order to match the government needs and the civil servant needs. The theoretical and practical implications, the limitations, and the recommendation are discussed in this study.
