Abstract

As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia has great tourism potential due to its rich natural and cultural diversity on each island. In the era of globalization, the tourism industry has become one of the main pillars of the global economy, and Indonesia realizes the importance of this sector in supporting its economy. One of the important aspects of the tourism industry is accommodation, which has a strategic role in the tourist experience. Hotel Solia Zigna Kampung Batik Laweyan in Solo City, a culturally attractive destination, is an example of how the hotel sector supports the tourism industry. However, the hotel faces challenges in financial management, particularly in the Account Payable function, which is responsible for managing payments to suppliers and ensuring operational smoothness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, where data collection involves interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The participants in this study are one Finance Controller and two Account Payable staff. The purpose of this study is to determine how the supplier payment process and standard procedures are carried out at Hotel Solia Zigna Kampung Batik Laweyan, what documents are used in the payment process, and the obstacles faced by the Account Payable staff. The research results show that the Account Payable department has the main responsibility for paying bills from suppliers and non-suppliers and must ensure that the payment process runs smoothly to avoid operational disruptions. The main obstacle faced is the delay and loss of documents, which can be overcome through better coordination and a more structured recording system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap keputusan tamu dalam memilih menginap di Homestay Akhlak, Desa Kandidi, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya fasilitas sebagai faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kenyamanan dan kepuasan wisatawan, terutama pada homestay yang berkembang di kawasan pedesaan berbasis wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tamu yang pernah menginap di Homestay Akhlak dengan jumpah sampel sebanyak 91 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data meliputi uji validasi, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik serta analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap tamu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,854, nilai t-hitung 12,331 > t-tabel 1,987 serta nilai  signifikansi < 0,001. Nilai korelasi R 0,794 memperlihatkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara fasilitas dan keputusan menginap, sedangkan nilai R² 0,631 mengindikasikan 63,1% variasi keputusan menginap dapat diinterpretasikan melalui variabel fasilitas, dengan 36,9% sisanya dipengaruhi elemen lain. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas fasilitas yang disediakan Homestay Akhlak berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kemungkinan tamu untuk memutuskan menginap. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelola homestay untuk terus memperbaiki dan mengembangkan fasilitas sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kepuasan tamu.

Abstract

Kampung Bangsri Gede memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor peternakan sapi potong dan pertanian ladang, yang dapat dikembangkan secara sinergis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Kondisi geografis dan iklim yang mendukung menjadikan kampung ini ideal untuk pengembangan kedua sektor tersebut. Peternakan sapi potong di Bangsri Gede dapat menjadi sumber utama daging sapi yang berkualitas, sementara ladang pertanian menyediakan pakan ternak serta berbagai hasil pertanian seperti jagung, padi, dan sayuran. Keberhasilan integrasi antara peternakan dan pertanian di Bangsri Gede dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi melalui penggunaan limbah pertanian sebagai pakan ternak dan pupuk alami dari kotoran sapi untuk kesuburan tanah. Pengembangan potensi kampung Bangsri Gede memerlukan dukungan dari pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan sektor swasta melalui program pelatihan, serta penerapan teknologi modern dalam peternakan. Dengan kolaborasi yang baik, kampung Bangsri Gede dapat menjadi contoh desa mandiri yang sukses dalam mengembangkan sektor peternakan dan pertanian secara berkelanjutan, serta berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi perkampungan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Culinary tourism is an essential attraction in the development of sustainable tourism villages. Pasar Bambu in Bonjeruk Village, Central Lombok, offers traditional culinary experiences and a strong cultural atmosphere that can enhance tourist visits, yet its management still faces several challenges. This study aims to analyze culinary tourism development strategies at Pasar Bambu and examine efforts to manage facilities and infrastructure in order to increase visitor numbers. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review, with market staff and tourists as informants. The findings indicate that development strategies include improving physical facilities, organizing cultural events, promoting through digital media, providing community training and empowerment, and collaborating with external partners. Data revealed a significant 58% increase in tourist visits in 2024 compared to the previous year. However, challenges remain, including limited funding, low community participation in facility maintenance, and minimal external support. The study concludes that integrated management strategies combined with effective digital promotion and community involvement are crucial to strengthening Pasar Bambu’s position as a sustainable culinary tourism destination.

Abstract

Cultural attractions play an important role in strengthening the uniqueness and competitiveness of tourism destinations. Sasak Ende Village, located in Sengkol Village, Central Lombok Regency, represents a traditional Sasak settlement that preserves local cultural values and traditions. The village has significant tourism potential through its traditional houses, cultural performances, and the daily lifestyle of the local community. However, the management of cultural attractions still faces several challenges related to infrastructure, community participation, and tourism promotion. This study aims to analyze the management of cultural attractions in Sasak Ende Village as a tourism attraction and examine its role in increasing tourist interest. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study. Informants in this research consist of tourism managers, local community members, and visiting tourists. The results indicate that cultural attraction management in Sasak Ende Village is implemented through the preservation of traditional houses, cultural demonstrations, handicraft production, and community-based tourism activities. The involvement of local communities plays a crucial role in maintaining the authenticity of Sasak culture. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, insufficient promotion, and the need for improved tourism management capacity. This study concludes that effective cultural attraction management combined with community participation and sustainable tourism strategies can enhance the attractiveness of Sasak Ende Village as a cultural tourism destination.
