Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis (1) hubungan profesionalisme dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013, (2) hubungan literasi guru dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013, dan (3) menganalisis hubungan profesionalisme dan literasi guru secara bersama-sama dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional untuk mencari dan mempelajari hubungan 2 (dua) variabel atau lebih tanpa melakukan perubahan terhadap variabel-variabel tersebut. Variabel dalam penelitian yaitu variabel bebas X1 (kompetensi profesional), X2 (literasi guru), dan variabel terikat Y (implementasi Kurikulum 2013). Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 72 orang guru kelas diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Dari hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Profesionalisme dengan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Literasi Guru dengan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara profesionalisme dan literasi Guru dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013.This study aims to analyze (1) the relationship between professionalism and the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, (2) the relationship between teacher literacy and the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, and (3) to analyze the relationship between professionalism and teacher literacy together with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum. This study uses correlational quantitative research. to find and study the relationship of 2 (two) or more variables without making changes to these variables. The variables in the study are the independent variable X1 (professional competence), X2 (teacher literacy), and the dependent variable Y (implementation of the 2013 curriculum). The sample in the study was 72 classroom teachers taken by simple random sampling technique. From the results of data analysis it is concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship between Professionalism and 2013 Curriculum Implementation, (2) there is significant relationship between Teacher Literacy and 2013 Curriculum Implementation, and (3) there is a significant relationship the same between professionalism and teacher literacy with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum
