Abstract

Gunarto. Teacher’s Competence Examination. This article is aimed to explain and giving the understanding to the readers especially to all teachers about UKG and PLPG includes the differences. The writer uses the document sources belongs to the government in this case, the Decision of Education Ministry, and UNS about the accomplishment and the manners about PLPG in district 113 at the year 2012, including the printed media Kompas. The difference between UKG and PLPG is UKG is so far used for knowing the teacher’s control their competence as a professional teacher, their remembering capability and their intelligence which is different for each teachers and their difference circumstances from the difference districts. The result of UKG is used to mapping and based of planning and to carry out the teacher’s erection so that they can set their selves as a professional teacher can’t be used to stop their profession contribution. The UKG examination used on line and writing. The on line one the result can be known directly by the participants, while the PLPG Training is beginning with the tenth (10) days trainings (90 JP) ending with the writing test to know they passed or not, and carried out to get the education certificate and after that being a professional teacher and getting their professional contribution one time from the basic salary at the year they passed and getting their education certificate. The examination includes writing and practising right away guarded by the instructors. The decision of passing the exam is made by the Consortium of Sertificated Teachers (KSG) in Jakarta. The material which is examined includes pedagogy competence, professionalism, personality and social. Meanwhile the UKG examination which used the on line system, the material tested are pedagogy competence and professionalism. From the explanation above can be known clearly the understanding about PLPG and UKG includes the differentials. So that teachers can firmly placed theirselves in carrying out as a professional teacher. Keyword: pedagogy, professionalism, and competence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin diketahui bagaimana pemahaman guru Bahasa Indonesia tentangAssesment Autentic (Penilaian Berbasis Kelas) atau penilaian sebenarnya dan bagaimana penerapan dalammelaksanakan penilaian. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan datamelalui dokumen, wawancara mendalam (Interview dept) dan kuesioner, analisis data dengan analisis datakualitatif, sedangkan validasi datanya menggunakan validasi sumber dokumen,  hasil dan selanjutnya direduksiterus diambil keputusan. Hasil panel menunjukan bahwa format penilaian yang dipakai guru belum mengkaversemua komponen PBK utamanya aspek non kognitif. Pemahaman guru mengenai PBK masih minim dari 8guru yang diteliti baru 2 guru yang paham oleh sebab itu dari 32 rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yangditeliti hanya di temukan 8 RPP yang mencantumkan penilai PBK minimalis (komponen tugas saja). Kesimpulanpemahaman tentang PBK sangat perlu ditingkatkan sebagai modal kemampuan dan kemauan guru dalampenerapan PBK, disamping memberikan motivasi yang kontinu.Kata kunci : Penilaian, Penelitian kualitatif

Abstract

Gunarto, teacher, The Comperative Analysis of Junior High School National Examination Result At The Year 2011 and 2012 in Klaten Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research which based on the National Examination (UN) result document for the Junior High School (SMP) at the year 2011 and 2012 which is published by the information center and the national examination estimation in Jakarta. Collecting of the other data likes , the task documents , the result of the Final Mark (NA) can be found from the technical official functionary of the education dines service in Klaten Regency and the accomplishment partners of National Examination directly when the examination happened by the researcher. The preparation of the data using the qualitative analysis which used triangulation method, includes the data source , the result of data, and taking over the judgement. All of the components are chosed the most valid one by reductioning the data. The purpose of this research is giving the understanding to the common community and teachers about the result of the National Examination for the Junior High School (UN SMP) at the year 2011 and 2012 in Klaten Regency and the position at Surakarta Residency and at Central Java Province , and alsoto know the achievement of study according to KTSP. The result of this research shows that the National Examination for the junior high school in Klaten Regency the achievement has been decreasing, it can be seen from the average of the fourth (4) lessons, that is in the early it gets 6,90 at the year of 2011 becomes 6,65 at the year 2012. If we see them from each lessons,the increasing one is the Indonesian lesson that gets 7,30 at the year of 2011 becomes 8,25 at the year 2012. And according to the dimension of KTSP for the Indonesian lesson it can be said that it is achieved, whereas for the fourth (4) lessons eventhough the average mark can reach 6,65 it cannot be said that they are achieved because they have less mark than 75% from the amount of students who joined the National Examination get the average mark at the point of 6,65. KTSP wants 75% classically passed so it can be said that it is achieved, but if it is seen from each lesson ,so the Indonesian can be said that it is achieved. The conclusion, the participants of National Examination at the year 2012 in Klaten Regency has decreasing at about 0,25. Eventhough the rank at the residency is permanent that is at the third (3) position from the seventh (7) regencies/cities, but at the central java province decreasing to the fifteenth (15) rank which it was at the thirteenth (13) position before from the thirty five (35) regencies/cities. That is why the achievement of study according to KTSP has not been achieved yet. Key word : National Examination and Achievement of Study

Gunarto, teacher, The Analysis Descriptive Qualitative of The National  Final Examination at the JuniorHigh School, The Year’s Course 2010/2011.The Analysis Descriptive Qualitative of the National Final Examination (UN) at the Junior High School,Year’s Course 2010/2011, aiming at the Document’s Result on the subjects; Indonesian, English, Mathematics,and Physics (IPA), that had been determinated by the Centre of National Estimation by the Minister of Educationand spread using the information system of the National Final Examination in 2011. The Data Analysis thathad been used by the writer using the qualitative and quantitative analysis.The aims of this writing are: 1.  This writing gives the  decipherment’s result of the National FinalExamination, for the Junior High School, so that it makes easier to read and knew by the public society whoneed it; 2. Knowing the completing criteria of the students for each lessons which is national tested;           3.Knowing the rank position of Klaten Regency in Ex Surakarta Residency at Jawa Tengah.The Analysis Results are: 1. Showing that at the grade of Junior High School in Klaten Regency, at theYear’s Course 2010/2011, is  85,953% (13.229) passed from 15.391. The  calculation based on  ReachingCompetence Standard (SKL) which has been made by The Ministry of Education that is, the sum of four markingfor the lessons which is tested must have at least 22 (twenty two) and there is no one or more lessons that haveat least minus from 4 (four); 2. The position of Klaten Regency based on the National Final Examination’sresult at the Year’s Course 2010/2011 is on the 3th (third) position at Ex Surakarta Residency, and on the 13th(thirteenth) position at the province; 3. The percentage of having a misscarriage, reached 85,953%, it meansthat the learning process in Klaten Regency has been reached.The result conclusion of the National Final Examination at the Junior High School in Klaten Regency in2011 reached the good result, that is why it must be maintained and must have more increasing, so that thefailure marking in the next year is lesser than it is now.Keywords: UN (National Final Examination), SKL (Reaching Competence Standard)

Abstract

Gunarto teacher, thinks lhat Quantum Learning Method is one kind of Learning model that using the music melody, or the some kinds in Learning process. The purpose of this writing means to give introduction about the model of Quantum Learning especially for teachers and students, in advanced, hopelycan be used in the learning process, and a! last can raise the students achievements. This writing used a bibliography study, while the data analysis using qualitative data analyze and the data is taken by using reduction system. The result of the study is: the principle of Quantum Learning are, all of them are talking, there is a goal, experiences, acknowledge every single efforts, while the sketch concepts are , To Grow, To Experience, Give a Name, Demonstrate. Riview, and Celebrate (TANDUR). Then, the base is bringing their world to our world and conduct our w>r!d to their world. The conclusion : Quantum Learning can make the Learning process more familiar, decrease the tense situation, relax and having fun. Key W ord : Qtantum Learning and TANDUR.

Abstract

Increasing Achievement of Studying Mathematic by Fused Learning Teaching Connected Model at the Topic Line and Angle Class VII E Students of SMP Negeri 2 Delanggu Klaten 2nd Semester at the Year of Learning Teaching 2011/2012 This research aimed to know whether the studying of mathematic by fused learning teaching connected model at the topic line and angle can increase the activities and the students achievement in learning teaching. This research is useful for improving the learning teaching process in class VII E so that the students’ achievement in that class increasing. The data analysis of this research used qualitative data and presented at the qualitative distribution. This research is a classroom action research with studying the learning teaching by fused connected model that divided into 3 cyclus. Cyclus I is made 2 times meeting, cyclus II made by 3 times meeting and cyclus III made of 3 times meeting. So, this research done 8 times meeting with twelve time class meeting. Every cyclus made by the planning, acting, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. Collecting data at this research is students checking activities sheet, and cyclus of evaluation test. The result of the research which done with studying mathematic by fused learning teaching connected model at the topic line and angle actually can increase students activities in studying and for students activities cyclus I, II, and III are 43,20%; 56,80%, 68,56% and increasing the students achievements. Cyclus I gets the average mark 58,72% with the percentage achievement 48%. Cyclus II gets the average mark 74,28 with the percentage achievement 72%, and cyclus III gets the average mark 77,6 with the percentage achievement 76%. The conclusion result is that learning teaching connected model can increase the students achievements at the topic line and angle class VII E SMP Negeri 2 Delanggu at the year of learning teaching 2011/2012. Abstract

Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) adalah merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran dalamkelas. Tujuan tulisan ini memberikan gambaran secara ringkas tetapi menyasar pada substansi tentang CTLkepada guru dan peserta didik pada umumnya. Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah analisis dari literatur yang sayaambil selektif dan tidak menyeluruh, namun dipandang representative. Komponen CTL meliputi : Constructivism;Inquiry;  Questioning;  Learning Community;  Modeling;  Reflection; dan Authentic Assesment, sedangkankarakteristik CTL terdiri : kerjasama, menyenangkan, berpusat pada siswa, menggunakan berbagai sumber,pembelajaran terpadu, mengutamakan pengalaman nyata. Kesimpulan CTL adalah pendekatan pembelajarnyang sangat tepat digunakan sebab mengkaitkan bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyatapeserta didik.Kata kunci : Contextual Teaching And Learning
