Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in the current digital era. In this study, sampling using a saturated sample technique that is equal to 32 people or the entire population is sampled. The results showed that the t-count value was 6.554 while the t_table value was 2.00488 so it can be explained that the t_count value (6.170) > from t_table (2.04227) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance in the digital era when this. This research proves that until now the leadership style is still effective to encourage better performance at all levels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on occupational health and safety. The research was conducted in a private company in Riau Province. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS version 25 to test hypotheses and data processing.The results of the analysis found that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health of Employees. Based on the determinant test, the value of R square is obtained at 0.594 or 59.4%, which means that work discipline has an influence on Occupational Health and Safety.Employeethe remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether career development has an effect on employee commitment. This research is important for the sustainability of a company. This study adopted a quantitative analysis using simple regression analysis. The population of this study was 43 employees that are working at one of Oil Palm Plantation Company in Riau, Indonesia. Sampling frame was the list of employees working in all levels of management. Quota sampling was applied in carrying out to conduct the study. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis tool (Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version. 21.0) was used to analyze quantitative data and results. Finding indicated that there was the influence of career development on employee commitment. It also indicated that career development contributed to the increase in employee commitment. The better the career development program in one organization occur , the better the commitment of employee for that organization.

Abstract

Work placement and employee performance is a very important thing to be able to achieve goals in an organization. So we need a proper job placement in accordance with the skills and abilities. This research was carried out at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of work placement on employee performance and to find out how much influence work placement has on employee performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers regarding work placement (X) obtained an average value of 3.84 and the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers regarding employee performance (Y) obtained a value of 3, 97 This shows that the criteria for the respondent's answer are good with the statements that have been submitted. The results of the significant test (t) test, obtained a tcount of 5.620 greater than t table with a ttable value of 2.042, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the study it can be concluded that work placement has a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kampar Regency

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives on this research are to analyze the relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. The research population was 276 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru and the research samples were 73 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru from all level and division. A quota sampling was conducted to 73 employees. The primary data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and respondents’ responses measured using Likert Scale. Descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistical analysis (partial correlation and multiple linear regression) were used to analyze data in this research. This research’s result shows that there is a positive relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Massindo Karya Prima Pekanbaru. This researched analysed the effect of leadership on turnover intention. It has 34 samples and using the method of quota sampling where all the samples were the employees. This research used quantitative method in order to analysed the data. We found that the leadership has the effect on turnover intention at PT.Massindo Karya Prima Pekanbaru. the linear regression result was Y= 28.010 – 0.038x. The t-test showed bigger than t-table where t-test was -3.218 > t –table 1.694 and significant because the significant level was 0.003 < 0.05             .

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.HUTAHEAN Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational learning on employee performance. The population inthis research is 52 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research used quantitative method and analyzed by simple linear regression. The result showed that the organizational learning has positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation towards employee performance at one of concrete company industry in Riau; PT. Semangat Hasrat Jaya Rimbo Panjang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Hasrat Jaya spirit of 32 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research used quantitative method and analyzed by simple linear regression. The result showed that the compensation has positive effect on employee performance. Based on  the results of research analysis found tcount is  7,633 while ttable is 2,042(7,633>2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X) influences employee performance. Simple regression results showed Y = 34,902 + 0,173X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bX is positive. This shows that the independent variable if the equation is increased will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.563 explain that employee performance is influenced by compensation of 56.3%.
