Abstract

Waste is something that is not used, is not worn, is not liked, or is something that is thrown away that comes from human activities and does not happen by itself. Based on a survey conducted by researchers at Pancur Batu Market, Deli Serdang Regency, traders do not participate enough in waste management, traders still throw waste carelessly and do not collect and separate waste according to type, and there is a lack of information provided by market managers regarding market management policies. This research aims to determine the relationship between trader participation, the role of managers and policies in waste management at Pancur Batu Market, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population of this research was 600 traders at Pancur Batu Market, Deli Serdang Regency. The research sample was 86 traders using proportional random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that trader participation has value (p = 0.024 < 0.05), the role of managers (p = 0.030 < 0.05), and policy (p = 0.000 < 0.05) with waste management at the Pancur Batu Regency Market Deli Serdang in 2024 It is recommended that the Pancur Batu market management provide information regarding waste management policies and provide strict sanctions if traders throw rubbish carelessly.

Abstract

Dengue merupakan penyakit virus yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk betina dari spesies Aedes. aegypti dan pada tingkatan lebih rendah Aedes albopictus. Tujuan mengetahui dan menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan keluarga dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD) terhadap keberadaan jentik nyamuk. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah Kecamatan Sunggal. Waktu yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Mei sampai bulan Juni 2023. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 orang. Abstract

The study aimed to analyze factors that influence incident safety patients at Amplas Mitra Medika Hospital. Study This nature quantitative and use design cross sectional. Research done with give questionnaire to 72 nurses the executor taken with technique p roportionate stratified random sampling from a total population of 258 nurses. The data collection method used primary and secondary data which were analyzed using regression test logistics. Research result show that culture (p-value 0.008 < 0.05), condition work (p-value 0.002 < 0.05), and action No safe (p-value 0.007) < 0.05) has an effect significant to incident, while supervision (p-value 0.999) > 0.05) no influential to incident in a way partial. Analysis multivariate show There is influence significant from condition work and action No safe to incident in a way simultaneous with influence as big as 33.2%. The most dominant factor influential in the regression model is action No safe. Research conclusion This is factor culture, conditions work, and action No safe influential to incident, while factor supervision No influential. Research results expected can become considerations and input for House Sick For more optimize condition supportive work quality performance nurse, lower action No safe in giving care nursing to patient through improvement training, and developing culture safety patient through ambassador culture in effort prevent incidents and increase safety patient at home Sick.
