Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Kawan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW) dan (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Kawan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 6 Kawan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 21 orang. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir, sedangkan data kemampuan berpikir kritis dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes uraian berjumlah 10 butir. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik diskriptif. Hasil penelitian dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW) dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Kawan menunjukan bahwa (1) terjadi peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 13, dari rata-rata 67 pada siklus I menjadi 80 pada siklus II, (2) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 16 dari rata-rata 65 pada siklus I menjadi 81 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW) dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Kawan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan terjadi karena siswa termotivasi untuk belajar dengan adanya diskusi kelompok yang berisikan kegiatan berpikir (think), berbicara (talk) dan menulis (write).Kata Kunci : think talk write, kemampuan berpikir kritis, hasil belajar IPA The purposes of this study are to know the (1) increase of critical thinking skill in natural science subject of the fourth grade student of SD Negeri 6 Kawan in academic year 2015/2016 by applying cooperative learning method type think talk write (TTW) and (2) increase of the learning achivement in natural science of the fourth grade student of SD Negeri 6 Kawan in academic year 2015/2016 by applying cooperative learning method type think talk write (TTW) The present study made use of a classroom action research. The subjects of the present study was fourth grade student of SD Negeri 6 Kawan in academic year 2015/2016 which consists of 21 student. The data of learning achievement collected with multiple choise instrument which consists of 10 items and the data of critical thinking of student collected with paraphrase instrument which consists of 10 items. The accumulate of data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis method. The result of the study by using cooperative learning method type think talk write (TTW) in natural science learning of four th grade student of SD Negeri 6 Kawan showed that (1) the increased average student critical thinking skill around 13 from average 67 in the cycle I becoming 80 in the cycle II, (2) the increased average learning achivement around 16 from average 65 in the cycle I becoming 81 in the cycle II. Based on the result of the study that applied of cooperative learning method think talk write (TTW) in natural science learning of fourth grade student of SD Negeri 6 Kawan in academic 2015/2016 could be increased critical thinking skill and the student learning achivement. the increased occured because the student motivated by discusion group whith contains thinking, talking, and writing activities. keyword : think talk write, critical thinking skill, learning achivement IPA

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui sejarah keberadaan arca megalitik di Pura Ulun Suwi Desa Pakraman Selulung, Kintamani, Bangli. (2) Mengetahui karakteristik arca megalitik di Pura Ulun Suwi Desa Pakraman Selulung, Kintamani, Bangli. (3) Mengetahui aspek yang terdapat di arca megalitik yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi sumber pembelajaran IPS berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah yaitu: (1) Penentuan Lokasi Penelitian, (2) Teknik Penentuan Informan, (3) Teknik Pengumpulan Data (Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Dokumen) , (4) Teknik Validitas Data, (5) Teknik Pengolahan Data, (6) Penulisan Hasil Penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan, antara lain: (1) Sejarah keberadaan Arca Megalitik di Pura Ulun Suwi Desa Pakraman Selulung kemungkinan ditemukan pada masa transisi antara masa prasejarah dengan masa Hindu, tepatnya sebelum ajaran Hindu masuk ke Desa Pakraman Selulung. Keberadaan Arca ini tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap roh nenek moyang. (2) Arca Megalitik di Pura Ulun Suwi Desa Pakraman Selulung memiliki karakteristik antara lain, bentuk muka bulat dan haus, hidung mancung, telinga panjang, mata setengah terpejam bibir tebal (3). Aspek yang terdapat pada Arca Megalitik yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi sumber pembelajaran IPS antara lain, aspek bentuk fisik arca, aspek historis, aspek keyakinan atau kepercayaan, aspek sosial, aspek ekonomi, aspek geografis. Kata Kunci : Arca Megalitik, Sumber Pembelajaran IPS, Kurikulum 2013 ABSTRACT This research aimed at finding out: (1) Knowing the history of megalithic statues at Ulun Suwi Temple in Pakraman Village of Selulung, Kintamani, Bangli. (2) Knowing the characteristics of megalithic statues at Ulun Suwi Temple in Pakraman Village of Selulung, Kintamani, Bangli. (3) Knowing the aspects contained in megalithic statues that could be developed into a source of learning social studies by curriculum 2013. Methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative research approach with steps, namely: (1) Determination of Location Research, (2) Determination Technique informant, (3) Data Collection Techniques (observations, interviews, document studies), (4) Engineering Data Validity, (5) Data Processing Techniques, (6) Writing Research. This research resulted in findings, among others: (1) The history of the megalithic statues at Ulun Suwi Temple in Pakraman Village of Selulung likely to be found in the transition between prehistory to the Hindu, Hinduism precisely before entering into Pakraman Village of Selulung. The existence of this statue cannot be separated from the believe of the society to their ancestor. (2) Megalithic statue at Ulun Suwi Temple in Pakraman Village of Selulung has characteristics, among others, forms a round face and thirst, sharp nose, ear length, eyes half-closed, thick Lips. (3) Aspects found in megalithic statues that could be developed into a source of learning social studies, among others, the aspect of physical form statues, the historical aspect, aspects of belief or confidence, social aspect, economy aspect and geografys asfect. keyword : Megalithic Statue, IPS Learning Resources, Curriculum 2013
