Abstract

This article is motivated by a phenomenon that often occurs among Indonesian people, namely divorce. The causes that trigger divorce include a married couple lacking knowledge. Only capitalizing on love, not basing the family on religion. Lack of understanding, let alone living the essence, purpose and function of marriage. This is the origin of the marriage building which is currently fragile, barren and easily collapsed. It is easy for married couples to separate. The focus of the study in this article is more on the nature, purpose and function of marriage. Library research as a research method used is descriptive. So that this research is limited only to the activity of examining a collection of readings, both sourced from books, the internet and documents. The results show that the nature of marriage from an Islamic point of view is an act of worship for men and women who are ready so as to maintain dignity and honor. The nature of marriage as mentioned in the Qur'an is to bring peace and love (Arrum: 21). Married life is about mutual help and friendship ('Abasa: 36). The relationship between husband and wife is a relationship of leadership in serving and protecting. The purpose of marriage is to preserve the human species, sakinah mawaddah Warahmah. While the functions of marriage are biological, educational. recreation, affection, religious, socialization protection and economic.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the efforts in accelerating the increase in regional original income in Banyuwangi Regency in a sustainable manner during the pandemic and endemic period. This study aims to analyze the priority of rater agreement synthesis with Kendall's coefficient of concordance on objects and tourist attractions in optimizing local revenue in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with the support of a qualitative approach through interviews and questionnaires to a number of experts. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique from respondents from the health office, the culture and tourism office, the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Development Planning Agency, the Healthy Banyuwangi Forum, and the Tourism Awareness Group. The analysis technique uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the analysis show that the results of the analysis of the value of Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) is 0.95. The diversity of values given by each respondent contributed to the rater agreement score of 95%. The increase in the number of tourists and the length of stay of tourists occupy the highest priority for rater agreement synthesis at 36%. This confirms that optimistic tourism objects and attractions can be a trigger in boosting local revenue in the tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Aset Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Keuangan G11 Bank Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018-2022. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 observasi. Kemudian data yang di peroleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis ini meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokodastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji f, uji t, analisis regresi berganda dan analisis koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda pada uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) maka diketahui struktur modal (X1) dan aset (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) pada Sektor Keuangan G11 Bank Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018-2022. Hasil pengujian secara parsial di ketahui bahwa variabel struktur modal (X1)) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan nilai probabiliy sebesar 0,578. variabel aset (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan koefesien sebesar 0,002. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Aset dan Nilai Perusahaan
