Abstract

This study aims to analyze the wisdom and educational values of the verses ofMuhkamat and Mutasyabihat in the Qur'an. Al-Quran is a guide, a resource andreference for all people. All things related to Al-Quran is deemed noble andcommendable. Therefore, the study of Al-Quran still continues because it containsvery broad and deep, including problems muhkam and mutasyabih. “Ayat muhkam”is the subject of the Qur'an, and there are some ”ayat mutasyabih” whose meaningis restored to “ayat muhkamat”. Takwil to “ayat mutashabihat” done not only bykhalaf generation, but the generation of the Salaf (the first three centuries of Hijra)also did the same thing. The method used in this research is library research wherethe writer tries to find, compile and analyze various information through variousrelated sources. The Qur'an has functions as a bayan (explanatory) and hudan(guidance) which contains an explicit verse or muhkam. Besides, it also hasfunctions as the greatest miracle and literary book in human history which containsan implicit verse or mutasyabih that will never end to be studied and researched.Muhkamat and mutasyabihat verses are two complementary things in the Qur'an.There is an immeasurable wisdom and educational value for both. Therefore, inlearning and understanding both is as well as learning the wisdom of decreasing theQur'an itself.

Abstract

Abu Hanifah (80H-150H) is one of the figures who made valuable contributions to the development of Islamic law. His legal thought more advanced aspects of rationality that is affected by geographic and demographic environment of Iraq. Many progressive thinking and different from other scholars, both on methodological aspects and results of ijtihad.Al-Fiqh al-Akbar (big fiqh) is the only monograph work of Imam Abu Hanifah who was instrumental in developing the school of fiqh he built. Therefore, reviewing Abu Hanifah's fiqh paradigm cannot be separated from the discourse contained in it. Unlike fiqh works in general which contain comprehensive legal dictums, al-fiqh al-Akbar actually elaborates a lot on the science of monotheism. For Abu Hanifah, the idea of ​​kalam is very important to embody the principles of faith contained in the Qur'an. While the law is nothing but the relation of the science of kalam which is directly in touch with the deeds of the mukallaf. Human actions are judged to have kasbi nature so that they have room to adjust to the Qur'an and Hadith. It is this perspective of the Qur'an and the deeds of the mukallaf that later colors every phrase in the work of al-Fiqh al-Akbar. This study discusses the book of Fiqh al-Akbar by Imam Abu Hanifah using the library research method, in analyzing the data this method uses a descriptive analysis model. As a source of information, namely; scientific books, research reports, scientific articles and journals. From the results of this study, it can be explained that the work of Imam Abu Hanifah has made a major contribution to Islamic scholarship today with the existence of al-Fiqh al-Akbar which reviews the science of kalam.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dijelaskan untuk penelitian ini yaitu mengenai pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam di Kampung Landeuh Lebak Banten. Kajiannya dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan Suku Baduy guna mengungkap keislaman masyarakat Baduy, dan pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat mualaf suku Baduy. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan memberikan penjelasan yang bertujuan mengungkap: (1) Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam mualaf Suku Baduy di Kampung Landeuh Lebak Banten, (2) Hasil dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam mualaf Suku Baduy di Kampung Landeuh Lebak Banten. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilaksanakan dengan cara menggunakan Triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model deskriptif, yaitu: reduksi data penelitian, penyajian data lapangan, dan penarikan kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam yang dilaksanakan oleh mualaf Suku Baduy berupa kajian-kajian keislaman seperti aqidah, fiqih, akhlaq, dan sebagainya. Sehingga dari pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam mualaf Suku Baduy juga menghasilkan  pengukuhan keimanan dan kecintaan mualaf terhadap Islam.
