Abstract

This research aimed to describe humanity and social critics in the lyrics of Iwan Fals’s songs. The research used descriptive qualitative where the data in form of words. The techniques of collecting data were library study.  Furthermore, the techniques of analyzing the data were: identification, selection, data reduction, analyzing, interpretation, performing the data, and conclusion. The result of analyzing and discussion related to social critics dealing with government and human and pain. Based on analyzing result it can be: social critic in government aspect was about the government was still not good, and pain, someone felt pain because of  government on sociopolitical.Keywords: social critic, humanity, songs’ lyrics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menemukan, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan blended learning pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di MAN 1 Sragen. Proses pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada dua orang informan yaitu kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala Madrasah bidang kurikulum. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan melalui proses kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan blended learning di MAN 1 Sragen. Adapun faktor pendukung tersebut adalah keadaan guru dan siswa MAN 1 Sragen sudah memiliki kemampuan digital literacy yang tergolong baik, adanya antusiasme dari pihak guru dan siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning, adanya dukungan perangkat keras teknologi yang dimiliki guru dan siswa, akses internet yang memadai dan dukungan positif dari orang tua terkait implementasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Selain itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan adalah pelaksanaan blended learning membutuhkan biaya yang besar untuk pengadaan fasilitas pendukungnya, masih terdapat sekitar 5% guru yang memiliki digital literacy yang belum optimal dan adanya siswa MAN 1 Sragen yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren yang melarang menggunakan smartphone di lingkungan Pondok.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and analyze blended learning-based learning to improve the quality of learning at MAN 1 Sragen after the pandemic by using a qualitative-case study as paradigm. This is because blended learning is a form of learning innovation that combines several activities to make learning more flexible and efficient. Research data was collected through interviews, observations and documents which were then analyzed narratively through a process of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Interviews were conducted with the principal, vice principal of curriculum, teachers and students. The research results show that the implementation of blended learning-based learning at MAN 1 Sragen goes through four main processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. At the planning level, the school prepares curriculum guidelines that accommodate blended learning. In the organizing process, the school arranges human resources along with the main tasks and functions that must be carried out referring to the indicators of success to be achieved. In the learning evaluation process, the school carries out routine quantitative and qualitative reviews. The quality of blended learning-based learning is carried out by paying attention to three quality processes, namely input, output and outcome. Apart from that, blended learning based learning at MAN 1 Sragen also refers to several principles such as conformity with community needs, interest from school components in the integration of technology in learning, implementation of effectiveness and efficiency and implementation of productive learning that is able to produce good learning. quality. Blended learning-based learning makes the learning process more active, increases student independence and is able to strengthen students' learning experiences.
