Abstract

Information is an important factor in the era of globalization. Service providers in the agricultural sector are not immune from the need for information. In the right way, information can be delivered on target. One way to introduce an agency or community is by processing information and building an information system. The information system can make it easier for the bureaucracy to introduce the Bheger Self-Help Rural Agricultural Training Center or commonly known as "P4S Bheger" to the community. One of the information systems that will be created to help P4S Bheger is a company profile website. Because to introduce an agency in this era, a company profile website is needed. The Bheger Self-Help Rural Agricultural Training Center or commonly known as "P4S Bheger" still uses manual methods in its management or introduction to the community. What has been done is using social media. This was felt to be inefficient, because a special place was needed to accommodate all information related to the Bheger Self-Help Rural Agricultural Training Center. The aim of this research is to build a company profile website. The results of the design of the company profile website which consists of home, about, contact and product menus help introduce P4S Bheger to the

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities to support academic activities, particularly in scientific writing and literature review. This community service program aimed to improve academic AI literacy through training and mentoring on the use of NotebookLM for members of a scientific publication community consisting primarily of final-year university students. The activity was conducted at Politeknik Negeri Semarang, using a participatory mentoring approach consisting of needs assessment, pretest, interactive training, guided practice, mentoring, and evaluation. Initial evaluation showed that approximately 80% of participants had never used NotebookLM before the training. After the mentoring program, participants successfully utilized NotebookLM to summarize scientific articles, analyze journal content, generate presentation materials, create infographics, and organize literature more efficiently. The activity also increased participants' awareness of ethical AI utilization in academic writing. The program demonstrates that NotebookLM can function as an effective academic AI assistant to improve scientific literacy and writing productivity among university students. This mentoring model may serve as an alternative strategy for strengthening AI literacy in higher education.

Abstract

This study compares the performance of Gain Scheduling Proportional–Integral–Derivative (GS-PID) control and Fuzzy Mamdani control applied to an air heating module. The system was implemented using an STM32 microcontroller and evaluated experimentally under temperature setpoints of 50 °C, 60 °C, 70 °C, and 80 °C. Performance was assessed based on dynamic response parameters, including rise time, overshoot, steady-state error (SSE), Integral of Absolute Error (IAE), Integral of Squared Error (ISE), and Integral of Time-weighted Absolute Error (ITAE). The experimental results show distinct characteristics between the Gain Scheduling PID (GS-PID) and Fuzzy Mamdani controllers under varying setpoints. The GS-PID controller exhibits a rise time of approximately 4.0–4.9 s with relatively small overshoot in the range of 1.18–2.87%, while maintaining a very low steady-state error of about 0.001–0.24%. In contrast, the Fuzzy Mamdani controller achieves a faster rise time of around 2.0–2.6 s at low to medium setpoints, which increases to approximately 5 s at higher temperatures. The overshoot produced by the Fuzzy Mamdani method ranges from 0–4.78%, decreasing as the setpoint increases, with zero overshoot observed at high setpoints due to incomplete setpoint tracking. Moreover, the Fuzzy Mamdani controller yields higher performance index values (IAE, ISE, and ITAE), indicating larger accumulated error over time. Overall, GS-PID control is more effective in ensuring steady-state accuracy and stability, whereas Fuzzy Mamdani control provides a faster transient response at lower operating temperatures.
