<![CDATA[Payudara bengkak yang tidak disusu secara adekuat dapat menyebabkan payudara menjadi merah, panas, terasa sakit, akhirnya terjadi mastitis. Puting lecet akan memudahkan masuknya kuman dan terjadinya payudara bengkak, maka dari pemberian kompres daun kubis dapat menjadi alternatif dalam menurunkan pembengkakan payudara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu pospartum Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banda Raya Kota Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimen) dengan rancangan penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu 10 ibu post partum. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan tanggal 03 Juni s.d 15 Juni tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dari 10 responden yang skala pembengkakan payudara sebelum diberikan kompres daun kubis pada ibu pospartum mengalami pembengkakan payudara dengan skala 4 sebesar 60,0% dan skala 5 sebesar 30,0%. Setelah diberikan kompres daun kubis pada ibu pospartum mengalami pembengkakan payudara lebih banyak hanya skala 4 sebesar 80,0% dan skala 3 sebesar 20,0%. Hasil uji statistik memperlihatkan nilai uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai P value 0,046 yang artinya ada pengaruh sebelum dan setelah diberikan kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu pospartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banda Raya Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh diberikan kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu pospartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banda Raya Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022. Disarankan bagi puskesmas agar petugas puskesmas melakukan skrining kesehatan, home care serta lebih aktif dalam meningkatkan keikutsertaan ibu post partum dalam melakukan kunjungan selama masa nifas untuk mendapat informasi serta mendeteksi masalah-masalah yang dialami ibu selama masa nifas khususnya pada pembengkakan payudara.Kata kunci: Daun Kubis, Pembengkakan Payudara, Postpartum The Swollen breast which is not fed adequately may cause red, hot, and painful streak on the breast and eventually it may lead to mastitis. Moreover, sore nipples may cause germs contamination and swollen breast. Therefore, cabbage leaf compress is suggested as one of the alternatives to reduce breast swelling. The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of cabbage leaf compress on swelling breast of the postpartum mothers in Banda Raya Community Health Center of Banda Aceh Municipality. This research was Quasi-experimental research in which pretest-posttest control group was involved. The population of this research were 10 postpartum mothers. The total samples were 10 respondents. This research was conducted from June 3 to June 15 2022. Among 10 respondents, 60% of them experienced 4 level breast swelling scale, and 30% of them experienced 5 level breast swelling scale before cabbage leaf compress. In comparison, after cabbage leaf compress was given, only 80% of them experienced breast swelling on 4 level scale and 20% of them experienced breast swelling on level 3. The statistical Wilcoxon test showed that 0.046 P-value which means that there is an effect before and after cabbage leaf compress on breast swelling on postpartum mothers in Banda Raya Community Health Center Working Area of Banda Aceh Municipality in 2022. The conclusion in this study was that there is the effect of compress cabbage leaves on breast engorgement on postpartum mothers in Banda Raya Community Health Center of Banda Aceh Municipality in 2022.
