Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of leadership, Organization culture and Organization commitment to teachers performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The Hypothesizing which have been formulated in this research are: there is direct and indirect influence of leadership, Organization culture across Organization commitment to teachers performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The research is a survey to teachers performance the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten with 70 respondents Data have been collected with questionnaires processed with, validity and reliability test, the path analysis, t test, F test and test of R2 . The t test result shows that there is influence of leadership, Organization culture and Organization commitment to teachers performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The F test result shows that there is influence of leadership, Organization culture and Organization commitment to teachers performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten simultaneously. From path analysis shows that leadership has a bigger influence to performance than across Organization commitment, and Organization culture as well. It means that Organization commitment can’t be as an intervening variable because the coefficient is as smaller than coefficient as direct influence. From test of R2 shows the independent variable can explain performance about 86,4% and 13,6% can been explained by another variable: commitment, ability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Program Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pegawai mempunyai peranan yang positif terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Program Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pegawai dengan variabel Peningkatan Kemampuan Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,574 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat diantara kedua variabel.Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 3,717.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,696.  Ini berarti bahwa variabel Program Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pegawai mempunyai peranan yg signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the use of language by teachers and students in bilingual classroom learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) I Ciputat, South Tangerang. This research emerged based on the recent rise in the number of bilingual classes, such as Indonesian, English, and Arabic, which led to the use of learning activities such as code-switching. Based on the analysis, the authors concluded that generally, teachers use two or more languages consisting of Indonesian, foreign (English and Arabic), and regional languages. The use of Indonesian dominates in learning in accordance with the national curriculum, while the use of English dominates in subjects in line with the Cambridge Curriculum. Therefore, the use of foreign languages in these two learning activities aims to familiarize students with the ability to hear and speak foreign languages. These activities tend to improve student’s linguistics competence.
