Abstract

Abstract: Object processing property tax in the District Kebonagung is handled by the respective village office. This means that, in managing the district it self does not directly participate in managing data collection from any property tax objects subject to tax in each village throughout the District Kebonagung. Each village office responsible for processing tax in full on their respective areas. Therefore, the smooth processing of property tax each year in the District Kebonagung depends on the system being used each area / village. And almost every year in data collection issues is always there. As a result, the processing of property tax that should quickly and effectively to walk slowly. Therefore, there must be a system of property tax treatment that is able to overcome any obstacles that occur in every village in the district Kebonagung. This study will describe the activities and products resulting from the process. Processing System Design Attractions: United Nations conducted a complete, while implementation is limited to the process of data entry, data retrieval, and data processing.In this research, the authors hope to answer the processing system difficulties often faced by the officer making the data processing can be carried out effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Processing System, taxAbstraksi: Pengolahan objek PBB di Kecamatan Kebonagung ini ditangani oleh masing-masing Kantor Desa. Artinya, dalam pengelolaannya pihak Kecamatan sendiri tidak secara langsung ikut mengelola pendataan objek PBB dari setiap subjek pajak pada masing-masing desa diseluruh Kecamatan Kebonagung. Setiap Kantor Desa bertanggung jawab penuh pada pengolahan pajak di wilayahnya masing-masing. Oleh karena itu, lancarnya pengolahan PBB tiap tahunnya di Kecamatan Kebonagung tergantung dari sistem yang digunakan setiap daerah/desa yang bersangkutan. Padahal hampir tiap tahunnya masalah-masalah dalam pendataan selalu ada. Akibatnya proses pengolahan PBB yang seharusnya cepat dan efektif harus berjalan lambat. Maka dari itu, harus ada sebuah sistem pengolahan PBB yang mampu mengatasi setiap kendala yang terjadi disetiap desa di Kecamatan Kebonagung. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan aktivitas-aktivitas dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan dari proses. Desain Sistem Pengolahan Objek PBB dilakukan secara lengkap, sedangkan implementasinya dibatasi hanya pada proses pemasukan data, pencarian data, dan perekapan data.Pada penelitian penulis berharap sistem pengolahan dapat menjawab kesulitan yang sering dihadapi oleh petugas sehingga proses pengolahan data bisa dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengolahan, pajak

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology applications in education, spurring the emergence of e-learning activities. One of the e-learning activities are based on telecommunications network is one where the teacher and students are separated by a distance that does not allow communication takes place face to face. The technology of voice, video, data and mold used as a bridge between teachers and students to communicate and discuss the lesson material. teaching and learning activities among teachers and students through face-to-face conventional methods that have been applied to the SMPN 2 Kebonagung need to be optimized with innovative new learning to use e-Learning. The scope of the problems studied is how to analyze and design an e-learning engine on SMPN 2 Kebonagung. The purpose of this research is to present a companion learning methods in order to improve the quality of learning in SMP 2 Kebonagung, while the expected benefits of the research is Creating a learning process that can be applied flexibly without being bound to place and time. while the goal of the study was the teacher and students SMPN 2 Kebonagung.The method used in this work is a method of library practice, observation, interviews, analysis, design and testing projects. With the innovation of online learning and face-to-face is expected to improve the quality of students and graduates SMPN 2 Kebonagung.Keywords: E-learning, Learning Online Abstraksi: Perkembangan aplikasi teknologi informasi di dunia pendidikan, memacu munculnya kegiatan e-learning. Salah satu kegiatan e-learning yang berbasis pada jaringan telekomunikasi adalah apabila guru dan siswa dipisahkan oleh jarak sehingga tidak memungkinkan terjadi komunikasi tatap muka langsung. Teknologi suara, video, data dan cetakan digunakan sebagai jembatan antara guru dan siswa untuk menyampaikan dan mendiskusikan bahan pelajarannya. kegiatan belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa dengan  metode konvensional  melalui  tatap muka  yang  selama  ini  diterapkan  pada  SMPN  2  Kebonagung  perlu  dioptimalisasikan    dengan  inovasi pembelajaran baru menggunakan e-Learning. Ruang lingkup permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana menganalisis dan merancang sebuah engine e-learning pada SMPN 2 Kebonagung. Tujuan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah untuk menyajikan metode pembelajaran pendamping guna peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SMPN 2 Kebonagung, adapun  manfaat  yang  diharapkan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah Menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat dilakukan secara fleksibel tanpa terikat tempat dan waktu. sedangkan sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMPN 2 Kebonagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam Kerja Praktik ini adalah metode pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis, perancangan proyek dan uji coba. Dengan  adanya  inovasi pembelajaran  secara  online  dan  tatap  muka  ini diharapkan  dapat  meningkatkan  kualitas  siswa serta lulusan SMPN 2 KebonagungKata Kunci : E-learning, Pembelajaran Online
