Abstract

Penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) memberikan  dampak negatif bagi sektor pariwisata  Taman Kyai Langgeng. Jumlah pengunjung mengalami penurunan akibat penutupan sementara dan pembatasan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan digital marketing guna meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung di Taman Kyai Langgeng selama pandemi berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan 10 responden yang terdiri dari 5 responden pengelola dan 5 responden pengunjung dari berbagai kalangan usia. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner melalui media google form dan melakukan wawancara secara langsung di lapangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan secara digital yaitu melalui media sosial berupa Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, dan Tiktok, serta penyediaan tiket yang dapat dipesan secara online dengan sistem pre-order.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tourist attraction and service quality on tourists' intention to return. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on surveys or questionnaires, observations, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through websites, journals, books, and other documents. This study involved 69 respondents who were taken randomly at Taman Kyai Langgeng. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research which is carried out by collecting data in the form of a number format and analyzing it with multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results showed that the variable tourist attraction partially did not significantly influence the intention of visiting tourists.
