Abstract

Dalam menghadapi masalah kemacetan dan efisiensi transportasi di wilayah metropolitan, terutama dalam lingkup perusahaan dengan mobilitas tinggi antar karyawan, konsep berbagi tumpangan menjadi solusi potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi berbagi tumpangan terpercaya, mengadopsi pendekatan Design Thinking untuk memastikan desain yang user-centric. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, pain points, dan preferensi pengguna untuk menciptakan desain aplikasi yang intuitif, fungsional, dan memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepercayaan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi berbagi tumpangan, sekaligus mengatasi kekhawatiran terkait keamanan dan privasi. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan karyawan dalam berbagi tumpangan, mengurangi jumlah kendaraan pribadi, dan berkontribusi pada pengurangan kemacetan serta polusi.

Abstract

Media sosial berpotensi menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengurangi isolasi sosial pada lansia, tetapi keterbatasan dalam literasi digital sering menjadi penghalang. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan lansia dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat interaksi sosial di Sekolah Ramah Lansia, Kelurahan Jatisampurna, Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan berbasis interaktif, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan personal, serta evaluasi hasil. Sebanyak 50 peserta lansia dilatih untuk menggunakan media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan Facebook, meliputi pengelolaan akun, panggilan video, dan kemampuan memilah informasi. Evaluasi program menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemanfaatan media sosial sebesar 70%, dengan 85% peserta merasa puas terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Kemajuan tersebut mencakup kemampuan lansia dalam melakukan panggilan video secara mandiri dan memperluas komunikasi sosial melalui media digital. Program ini berdampak positif bagi mitra dengan berkurangnya isolasi sosial serta meningkatnya partisipasi aktif peserta dalam kegiatan komunitas digital.

Abstract

Digital transformation in electronic document services demands encryption mechanisms that are not only cryptographically secure but also performance-efficient. While AES-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305 are widely adopted AEAD algorithms, prior research has largely focused on their use in communication protocols or IoT devices, rather than in encrypting PDF documents. This study addresses that gap by empirically comparing both algorithms in real-world digital document processing scenarios. A quantitative experimental method was applied across two scenarios: mass processing of 5,000 small-to-medium PDF files (100KB–8MB), and individual processing of large files (1MB–200MB). Five performance metrics were analyzed: encryption time, decryption time, total processing time, stability, and throughput. Results show that AES-GCM consistently outperformed ChaCha20-Poly1305 across all metrics, offering faster processing and greater stability. Both algorithms produced a constant file size overhead of 28 bytes, which was negligible in terms of storage efficiency. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence to guide the selection of encryption algorithms in high-performance digital document storage systems.

Abstract

This production and warehouse administration system was created to facilitate UD's work. Hasibuan James Plywood Karawang employee in managing production and warehouse data. Data management system at UD. Hassibuan James Plywood Karawang still uses the manual method and is not yet computerized. Data storage still uses reports stored in Ms. Excel. Storage using Ms. Excel is less effective because it is not a database system and is not centralized, so it is necessary to design a system that uses a database so that data storage can be centralized. The result is the creation of this administrative system that can be used to input production data, products come out of the warehouse and monitor inventory conditions in the warehouse. This study also explains that the use of a computerized information system based on Visual Basic. Net can increase employee productivity, make it easier to access the data needed and become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Inventory is a very vital business stage, and this is because inventory is closely related to production targets and sales targets in a business line. This study aims to design a website-based inventory system at PT. Api Precision as a support for the process of inventory transaction activities. The data collection method used is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies related to the problem being studied. Furthermore, the analysis and design of an inventory system are carried out to be built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The method used in developing this system is the waterfall method. The result of this research is creating a website-based inventory system design at PT Api Precision Cikarang to be continued as a system that can be integrated with other information systems.

Abstract

This study aims to design a letter archive application at the Kedungwaringin Village Office. The data collection method used is by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation that relates to the problem being studied. Based on the results of observations and observations made, the problem that hinders the process of filing mail archives is because it is still done manually so it is less effective and efficient in its implementation. The suggestions are given to improve the mail archive system that has been running, namely by replacing the manual system by building computer applications so that the mail archive management process is more effective and efficient, faster in making mail archive reports, making it easier to store and search for archived mail data. The results of this study are the design of e-archive applications that can be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as the database and the application development method used by using the waterfall method.

Abstract

Triopanca mart is a mini-market belonging to the Infantry Battalion 305 Para Raider Unit located on Jl. Raya Teluk Jambe, Sirnabaya, Kec. Teluk Jambe Timur, Kab. Karawang, West Java 41360. This mini market operates in the retail sector, managed directly by members of the 305th Para Raider Infantry Battalion. The current running system, namely the data processing of incoming and outgoing goods, is still being recorded. Into a ledger according to receipts and stock inventory, only recorded on a piece of paper then copied back to the computer input using excel by the warehouse admin. Problems that often arise are usually related to the accuracy of the number of goods and stock information; sometimes, the information provided does not follow existing goods' availability. This study aims to create a web-based inventory information system model that can manage incoming and outgoing goods and inventory using the Waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for structural modeling.
