Abstract

Supervisi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting yang harus dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam memastikan peningkatan pada kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis dan mengetahui seberapa pentingnya seorang kepala sekolah dalam menjaga dan menjamin kualitas pendidikan dengan memberikan supervisi yang baik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima strategi utama yang diterapkan: perencanaan supervisi yang matang, pelaksanaan supervisi yang komprehensif, pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif, pendekatan kolaboratif dan partisipatif, serta pengembangan program pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional. Strategi-strategi ini melibatkan berbagai teknik seperti kunjungan kelas, diskusi kelompok, dan workshop. Implementasi strategi tersebut berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan supervisi yang sistematis dan kolaboratif dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar, memberikan implikasi penting bagi praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a broken home that affects children's interest in learning at school. This study is intended to examine the effect of broken homes on students' interest in learning at SDN Pasirkamuning I Karawang. The method in this research is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources in this study were students from broken home families. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using three informants. The results of this study indicate that students who come from broken home families have academic and behavioral problems and some do not experience them. Students' interest in learning from families is cut off. There are students who have an interest in learning, and students who do not have an interest in learning because they have a family background. The conclusion of this study is that students who come from damaged families are assessed positively and negatively from damaged homes. Students' interest in learning from families is divided, some are interested in learning and some are not interested in learning.

Abstract

Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas is one of the great thinkers in Muslim history, a leading contemporary Muslim thinker in the international world, and has paid a lot of attention to the problems faced by Muslims in the modern world, especially issues of education and manners. His opinions and efforts to improve education and manners were extraordinary. The problems presented regarding education are expressed with great arguments. That is the reason researchers want to explore and study this theme. The research method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach. The analysis used is content analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion revealed about the concept of adab, this concept can be understood and applied in any place and time. There are six concepts of adab, namely; First, socializing the goals of education as a process of instilling manners that begins with tazkiyatun nafs. Second, arrange the educational curriculum hierarchically with the classification of fardhu 'ain sciences and fardhu kifayah sciences. Third, create programs and methods based on the principles of al-taadub tsumma al-ta'allum through study, habituation, example and discipline. Fourth, optimize the role of lecturers as muaddib who care and become role models. Fifth, formulate an education evaluation system based on etiquette and science. Sixth, prepare quality supporting facilities and infrastructure. The implications of this research include 1) character formation and educational ethics, 2) relevance of Islamic education, 3) in-depth understanding of Islamic religion, 4) development of literature and research, 5) educational reform, 6) creation of intercultural dialogue.
