<![CDATA[Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan perekonomian kota bandung diiringi dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan jamur tiram menimbulkan peluang usaha budidaya jamur tiram. Penulis memiliki ide untuk membuka tempat budidaya jamur tiram di desa cilame ciwidey kabupaten bandung. Untuk melaksanakan ide tersebut, dibutuhkan analisis kelayakan usaha untuk melihat usaha tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dijalani. Aspek yang dikaji terdiri dari Aspek pasar, Aspek teknis, Aspek legal dan lingkungan, Aspek SDM, dan Aspek finansial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan kelima aspek, usaha budidaya jamur tiram dinyatakan layak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas, batas perubahan keputusan kelayakan, apabila penuruanan jumlah penjualan tidak lebih dari 4,23% dan kenaikan biaya bahan baku tidak lebih dari 25%. Kata Kunci: Agribisnis, Budidaya Jamur Tiram, Analisis Kelayakan Usaha  Abstract Increasing the number of residents and economy of Bandung accompanied by increasing demand for the oysters mushroom pose opportunities of oyster mushrooms cultivation. The author had an idea to open the oyster mushroom cultivation at the Cilame village Ciwidey district of Bandung. To implement the idea, feasibility analysis is needed to see the business is feasible or not. Aspects studied consisted of market aspects, technical aspects, legal and environmental aspects, human resources aspects, and financial aspects. Based on results of the five aspects of feasibility analysis, business the oyster mushroom cultivation declared eligible. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, boundary changes in eligibility decisions.
