Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the activity and learning achievement of XII Multimedia students of SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja in the 2022/2023 academic year by applying the scientific method combined with the concept of Tri Pramana teachings. The subjects in this study were all XII Multimedia students of SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja who are Hindu. In this study, researchers set targets for class average (M) 80, Absorption (DS) 80%, Classical Learning Completeness 80% and student learning activity 80%. Judging from the results of this study, that the application of scientific methods combined with the concept of Tri Pramana teachings can increase the activity and learning achievement of XII Multimedia students of SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja in Hinduism and Budi Pekerti subjects. This is shown from the increase in student learning activity results in cycle I 56% to 83% in cycle II. Increased student learning achievement from cycle I with a class average of 77,03 to 82.22 in cycle II. The increase in absorption was 77,02% in cycle I to 82.22% in cycle II. And an increase in classical learning completeness of 62,96% in cycle I to 85.19% of KKM 80. The conclusion is that the scientific method is combined with the concept of Tri Pramana teachings as an effort to improve the quality and quality of student education, especially in the field of Hindu Religious Education and Budi Pekerti.

Abstract

Di masing-masing tempat yang ada di Bali memiliki sebuah Tradisi yang sakral dan unik yang merupakan warisan dari para leluhur hingga saat ini masih ada dan dilestarikan. Khususnya di Desa Padang Bulia Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng juga memiliki tradisi unik yang sampai saat ini masih dilaksanakan yaitu Tradisi Ngamuk-amukan. Berdasar pada pernyataan diatas, tujuan penelitian terhadap Tradisi Ngamuk-amukan adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan tradisi Ngamuk-amukan mengenai proses pelaksanaan, makna dan nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Untuk memperkuat dari hasil penelitian ini di tunjang dengan hasil kajian dari penelitian lainnya dan didukung pula sumber-sumber buku. Untuk mengungkap permasalahan diatas Landasan Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Komunikasi menurut Harold Lasswell, Teori Nilai dan teori Makna. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan dokumen. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Penyajian hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Proses pelaksanaan Tradisi Ngamuk-amukan dengan saling mengadu prakpak/danyuh yang sudah dibakar dan dilakukan antar kelompok. 2) Makna tradisi Ngamuk-amukan yang terkandung adalah makna religius, makna sosial budaya, makna pendidikan. 3) Nilai yang terkandung pada tradisi Ngamuk-amukan yaitu nilai religius, nilai sosial budaya, nilai filosofis.

Abstract

The implementation of the panca yajna ceremony will not be separated from the life of the Balinese people, as is the case with the Nyawang Ceremony which is carried out by the people of the Batuyang Traditional Village, Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to explore the concepts of Hindu teachings contained in the Nyawang Ceremony in Batuyang Traditional Village. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that; 1) The form of the Nyawang ceremony is a series of yadnya ceremonies in which there are worship of Hulu and Teben. The Nyawang ceremony consists of stages, namely, the series of ceremonies, ceremonial devices or vehicles, ceremonial spells, and manggala ceremonies. 2) The function of the Nyawang Ceremony for the residents of Batuyang Traditional Village is generically a form of sraddha bhakti of the residents to the Creator and maintaining the natural balance of both Bhuana Agung and Bhuana Alit. The process of communication at the Nyawang Ceremony is very important to understand, because communication has a role in achieving the desired goals.
