Abstract

Every business must ensure the sustainability of the company's survival, and one of the efforts that can be made is to strive to increase the company's value to sustain and grow. The value of a company can be determined through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Profitability factors. This study aims to determine the influence of CSR and profitability on the value of the company. Study: Food and Beverage Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the years 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official BEI website. Data analysis was conducted using the panel data regression method with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results of the study show that CSR has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies are able to manage their social responsibilities effectively. Meanwhile, profitability also has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies can generate net profit from sales with well-managed operational costs, ultimately increasing the value of the company.

Abstract

The large number of beauty products in Indonesia can increase competition between the cosmetics industry. Therefore, companies compete to control market share and develop marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on the impulse purchase interest of consumers for Scarlett Whitening products in Bandarlampung. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and variable measurement uses four Likert scales. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that simultaneously, the Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Scarlett Whitening in Bandarlampung. Partially, the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a significant influence on Purchase Interest and the Brand Image variable also has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total pendapatan daerah dan pajak daerah terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari BPS dan Kementrian Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier ECM (error correction model). Hasil penelitian ini adalah total pendapatan daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan panaj daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.Kata kunci: Total Pendapatan Daerah, Pajak Daerah dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.
