Abstract

The purpose of this systematic observation is to analyze the relationship between spirituality and psychological well-being in patients with chronic diseases. The research method is by searching the electronic source databases, namely Science Direct, Springer Link, EBSCO, Proquest, and Wiley Nursing published in 2012-2021 with several keywords, namely (Chronic Disease OR Chronic Disease OR Chronic Condition) AND (Spirituality Aspect OR Spirituality OR Spiritual) AND (Psychological Well-being OR Mental Health OR Psychological Distress OR Psychological Adaptation). The results of the study, based on 7 articles analyzed, found a positive relationship between spirituality and psychological well-being in patients with chronic diseases. The conclusion is that high spirituality can improve the mental health of patients. The application of spiritual care is needed to improve the well-being of all aspects of the patient's life so that it can improve the quality of life. Abstract

Sumber daya alam memiliki potensi besar untuk dimanfaatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu sumber daya alam adalah limbah sabut kelapa yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah sabut kelapa menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis, yaitu pupuk organik cair dan pot ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus denan metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan kepada masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah sabut kelapa dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan sabut kelapa sekaligus membuka peluang usaha baru. Produk pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan memiliki manfaat bagi pertumbuhan tanaman, sedangkan pot berbahan dasar sabut kelapa memiliki daya tahan yang baik dan dapat menjadi alternatif pengganti pot plastik. Dengan demikian, inovasi ini tidak hanya membantu dalam pengurangan limbah tetapi juga mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) data shows that the prevalence of scabies in 2014 was 130 million people in the world. Scabies or scabies is a skin disease caused by infestation and sensitization. Scabiei hominis variety. The method used is analytical observational with a case control design. The research was conducted on students at the Al Abror Islamic Boarding School, Kace Village, Bangka Regency.The results of the research showed that the highest age of students was 13 years old, 31 people (51%), the highest education was junior high school, 58 people (96.7%), the length of stay at the boarding school for > 1 year was 59 people (98.3%). Respondents who had good knowledge were 55 people (91.7%), 27 people had an agreeable attitude (45%), 51 people had good personal hygiene behavior (85%), 43 people had good sanitation observations (71.7%). Conclusion: researchers, knowledge, attitudes, personal hygiene behavior and environmental sanitation conditions in Islamic boarding schools both have a big influence on the spread of scabies. Students' knowledge about scabies greatly influences the incidence of scabies because knowledge is a very important source that influences students' thinking patterns and decision-making processes, students' lack of knowledge has a big influence on the spread of scabies skin disease.
