Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Mastery of Technology and Information (IT) and Work Culture on Teacher Performance at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi. This study uses a quantitative correlation approach. Data collection in this study the author obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 61 teachers. Then the sample in this study was 38 teachers who were taken randomly. The data analysis technique that the author did was the classic assumption test in the form of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Then the final data analysis the author uses is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and determination test. The results showed that 1) there was an influence of Mastery of Technology and Information (IT) on Teacher Performance at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi with a linear regression equation Y = 22.011 + 0.655X1 and the influence of Mastery of Technology and Information (IT) of 65.5%; 2) there is an influence of Work Culture on Teacher Performance at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi with a linear regression equation Y = 22.011 + 0.548X2 and the influence of Work Culture is 54.8%, and 3) there is a joint influence between Mastery of Technology and Information (IT) (X1) and Work Culture (X2) on Teacher Performance at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi (Y) where the value of Fcount>FTable or 47, 501>3.25 with the regression equation Y = 22.011 + 0.655X1 + 0.548X2, the Coefficient of Determination R2 (R Square) of 0.731 which means that Mastery of Technology and Information (IT) and Work Culture are able to influence Teacher Performance at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi with an influence of 73.1%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan perencanaan strategis sekolah dengan metode kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pengertian perencanaan pendidikan yang dimunculkan ahli, terdapat lima konsep dalam perencanaan. Pertama, suatu rumusan rancangan kegiatan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan. Kedua, memuat langkah atau prosedur dalam proses kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Ketiga, alat kontrol pengendalian perilaku warga satuan pendidikan (kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan, peserta didik, dan komite sekolah).  Keempat, memuat rumusan hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam proses layanan pendidikan kepada peserta didik. Kelima, menyangkut masa depan proses pengembangan dan pembangunan pendidikan dalam waktu tertentu yang lebih berkualitas. Perencanaan strategis sekolah berperan penting dalam pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah. Dengan adanya perencanaan, tingkat keberhasilan sekolah dapat diukur, sehingga bisa dievaluasi dan diperbaiki jika terdapat sesuatu yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Rencana strategis sekolah berisi cara pencapaian tujuan sekolah melalui berbagai perencanan dan program sekolah yang dituangkan dalam Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS). RKS merupakan rencana komprehensif untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan segala sumber daya yang ada dan yang mungkin diperoleh guna mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan di masa datang. RKS harus berorientasi ke depan dan secara jelas menjembatani kondisi saat ini dan harapan yang ingin dicapai di masa depan.Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, Strategis, Sekolah AbstractThis study aims to explain the strategic planning of schools using the library method(library research). The results of the study show that based on the understanding of educational planning put forward by experts, there are five concepts in planning.First, a formulation of an activity design that is determined based on the vision, mission, and goals of education.Second,contains steps or procedures in the process of activities to achieve educational goals.Third,control tool for controlling the behavior of members of the education unit (school principals, teachers, employees, students, and school committees).Fourth, contains the formulation of the results to be achieved in the process of educational services to students. Fifth, regarding the future of the process of developing and building education in a certain time with a higher quality. School strategic planning plays an important role in achieving the school's vision and mission. With planning, the level of school success can be measured, so that it can be evaluated and corrected if something is not in accordance with the plans that have been set. The school's strategic plan contains ways of achieving school goals through various school plans and programs as outlined in the School Work Plan (RKS). RKS is a comprehensive plan to optimize the utilization of all available and probable resources in order to achieve the desired goals in the future. RKS must be future oriented and clearly bridge the current conditions and expectations to be achieved in the future.Keyword : Planning, Strategic, School
