Abstract

Technology is one of the solutions that can bring automation to a process, with technology all processes can be more time efficient. This is necessary for some processes that were previously done manually. One of them is in Telkom Delivery’s division at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, a company that has some crowdsource employees, who have the right to take leave every year. The current system can still be used because it still sends leave application messages using e-mail, this also indicates that it is not integrated properly. The purpose of designing this leave application information system is to provide a solution to the problem of managing employee leave so that it can run more efficiently. The methods used in the data collection process to obtain user requirements are observation, interviews, and literature study. To support the development of this information system, the author uses several technologies, namely the Laravel framework and MySQL database using certain software development lifecycle (SDLC). This research results in a leave management web application for crowdsource employees in PT Sigma Cipta Caraka.

Abstract

Abstract—Stakeholders are parties affected by a project, with both positive and negative impacts. In a project, the expectations of these stakeholders must be managed properly, and a project manager plays an important role in satisfying and balancing the interests that exist between them. The stakeholder analysis process needs to be carried out in detail. It must also be supported by the right tools so that it can reveal new insights that may have been hidden behind the stakeholder data. In this research, two techniques are proposed to increase the acuity of two tools that are often used in the stakeholder analysis process, namely the salience diagram and the power grid diagram. Improvements were made by using vectorization techniques for salience diagrams and applying Gartner's magic quadrant method to power grid diagrams. Both improvements can show more clearly the position of stakeholders in the categorization formed according to the two tools. Of course, this will further assist the project team in determining the right strategy for each stakeholder so that all elements support the project’s success.

Abstract

Improvement of the online food ordering application through the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to enhance user satisfaction and streamline the ordering process. Driven by the rapid expansion of online food ordering in Indonesia, this study aims to address long queues and improve customer convenience through optimized digital solutions. Current challenges include delayed ordering processes and limitations in existing application features, such as navigation issues, unclear language, and limited ordering options for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining survey and interview data with competitive analysis, to identify critical areas for enhancement. Design improvements focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to simplify navigation, optimize payment processes, and make language more user-friendly. Initial usability tests resulted in a SUS score of 48, categorizing the application as "poor." After iterative improvements based on Agile Development, the score rose to 70, indicating an "acceptable" level of usability. This research highlights the importance of continuous UI/UX refinement to meet consumer expectations, with recommendations for ongoing updates and professional design involvement to maintain and enhance app performance. Findings suggest that improving usability and functionality can significantly elevate customer satisfaction, positioning online food ordering competitively within the digital food service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the user experience of the Go Kreasi mobile application. The Go Kreasi application is a mobile application that provides tutoring services for students. The application was developed by PT. Ganesha Operation is still under development and used by 100 thousand users in Indonesia. The application has several features, including Visual, Audio, and Kinesthetic Ability Test (VAK), GO Assessment (GOA), Learning videos, Theory E-Books, Magic Books, Empathy, Racing, TOBK (Computer-Based Try Out), EPB, Leaderboard, and M3. [2] There are several complaints in the review of this application, such as color selection and icon placement. This makes the GO Kreasi application rating 2.7 out of 5 on the Apple Store and 2.3 out of 5 on the Play Store. A lot of the users said that the application is bad and that's the reason we wanted to do the research. This study aims to analyze the user experience of the Go Kreasi mobile application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). UEQ measures user experience based on six dimensions: satisfaction, efficiency, stimulation, aesthetics, clarity, and identity. The research method is an online survey of 58 respondents who answered 26 questions about the Go Kreasi application. The researchers conducted a demographic analysis of the respondents. Most of the respondents were aged 17 years old and were students at the high school level. The results of the study showed that the overall UX of the application is good. The results showed that the dimensions of clarity and identity had the highest scores, while the dimensions of efficiency had the lowest. However, some aspects need to be improved to improve the user experience. These aspects include the ease of use, the accuracy of the information, and the dependability of the application. The researchers concluded that the Go Kreasi application has the potential to be a useful tool for students. From the research, we expected the Go Kreasi application can be better and more evolved in the future.
