Abstract

Relations With Reproductive Health Knowledge Sex Behavior Adolescent premarital Kos-Kosan Inhabitants in District 1 District Limba U Gorontalo City South City. Teenage is a period of transition from child to adult stage of which the period varies social and cultural factors. One of the factors that influence adolescent premarital sexual behavior is the lack of knowledge about reproductive health. This study aims to determine the relationship of reproductive health knowledge with premarital sexual behavior of adolescent residents in the village kos-kosan Limba U 1 South City district of Gorontalo city. Bersidat research is descriptive analysis. Sampling Simple Random Sampling in to 110 respondents, ie 17-24 years old and unmarried. Obtained using data collection techniques kursioner. Processing data using SPSS 17 for Chi-square test. The results overall showed that 43 respondents (39.09%) have less knowledge, 40 respondents (36.36%) had good knowledge. Based on premarital sexual behavior obtained by 65 respondents (59.09%) had less behavior and 21 respondents (19.09%) had good behavior. Abstract

Health workers are professionals, have characteristics such as developing a unique service to the community, education program, have scientific knowledge, professional duties according to the code of ethics, are free to make decisions in running the profession, received a fee for the services provided, have a professional organization that is constantly improving the quality of service provided to the community. An important aspect to note is the indicator of performance factors midwives in implementing MCH services are influenced by several factors such indicators midwives work motivation and awards received for all the efforts that have been made .. Based on the above it, then the writer interested in studying these problems with title: "The Effect of Income and Work Motivation performance Against Midwifery Midwives in UPF General Hospital Prof. Dr H. Aloei Saboe ".This study aimed to identify the influence of income and work motivation on performance in UPF midwife Midwifery.This type of research is observational study with cross sectional approach Study. The timing of the months January 12 s / d February 12, 2015. The number of samples 65 which is the total sample with independent variable performance midwife while the dependent variable income and work motivation. Processing test data analysis using the chi-square statistic.Result: The distribution is based on income, not fit 38 respondents (58.5%), lack of work motivation 37 respondents (56.9%), while the performance of 35 respondents (53.9%) was driving was measured by using the chi-square formula obtained income effect the performance of the X2 count = 7.82 and the influence on the performance of work motivation count X2 = 18.58; with X2 table, α; 0.05 = 3.48 then the X2 count is greater than X2 table. Conclusion; there penagaruh income and motivation to work on the performance of midwives in UPF Obstetrics General Hospital Prof. Dr.H. Aloei Saboe

Abstract

Nyeri haid (Dismenorea) adalah rasa sakit yang menyertai menstruasi sehingga dapat menimbulkan gangguan pekerjaan sehari-hari yang nyerinya mulai dari yang nyeri ringan, sedang dan berat. Penanganan untuk nyeri haid dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Nafas dalam terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Haid (Dismenorea) pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian Pre Experimental Design. Dengan pendekatan the one-group pra-post test design. Jumlah responden sebanyak 27 orang, yang diobservasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling, menggunakan kriteria inklusi dengan sampel yaitu remaja yang mengalami nyeri haid (dismenorea) pada 12 jam pertama dari masa haid, remaja yang tidak mengkonsumsi obat-obatan anti nyeri serta yang tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit gynekologi (Kista dan Mioma Uteri). Variabel bebas yaitu Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan variabel terikat adalah nyeri haid (dismenorea). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis uji Paired t-Test dengan derajat kemaknaan α = 0,05 didapatkan hasil ada pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan nyeri haid (dismenorea) pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo dengan perolehan nilai hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 dengan nilai α = 0.05 = (0,000 < 0,05%). Ada Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo.
