Abstract

This journal is entitled the legal analysis of reading Surah al-Fatihah in prayer alone. Comparative Studies between the Opinions of Imam Hanafi and Imam Shafi'i. Junal is a comparative study to find out the differences of opinion between Imam Hanafi and Shafi'i on the law of reading Surah al-Fatihah in prayer alone. In carrying out the study, the author collects the arguments used by Imam Hanafi and Imam Shafi'i in determining the law of reading Surah al-Fatihah in prayer alone, then the author analyzes the arguments of both of them in terms of the science of ulumul hadith on the transmission of the hadith arguments which are the differences in their understanding, and analyzing the science of usul fiqh with the al-jam'u wa at-taufiq method in ta'arud al-adilla.

Abstract

Management is a systematic science to understand why and how humans work together to produce something useful for other people and certain groups and society in general. The functions of management according to experts vary, but from all experts who argue about the function of management there are similarities. In this paper, the author describes the function of planning management in Islamic education. In the Qur’an there are lafad whose meaning is commensurate with management, namely lafad of which lafad (yudabbiru) in Surah Yunus/10:3 which means to regulate, that Allah is in control of everything that happens on this earth. The word planning is not found in qath’iyah (clear) lafad in the Qur’an, but many verses of the Qur’an that talk about lafad that are commensurate with the Qur’an, by definition educational planning is an effort that is systematically arranged in various ways to achieve future goals with pay attention to the economic, socio-cultural and overall fields of a country.

Abstract

The problems of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan undergraduate graduates are: 1) The ratio of graduate acceptance in the job market is still low, namely 49.97% percent, 2) The waiting period for UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan students after graduation still exceeds the maximum standard of 6 (six) months. 3) The condition of the integrated laboratory at UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan is still far from the standard of education services based on Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards. As a solution to this problem, it is important to improve the quality of facilities, infrastructure and learning at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. The development of laboratory facilities and infrastructure at UIN Syahada is a very important policy in overcoming problems and improving the quality of education in meeting educational service standards at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan.
