Abstract

The need for shelter becomes very needed at this time, especially people from outside the city who want to work or continue their education to other cities. So that the need for boarding houses to increase and demand by many people. The system that is running on the full boarding house is still done manually where, there is no system that can help in managing his boarding house, where people who want boarding must come directly to see the facilities they have, room status and costs. And there is no system that can help the owner in managing boarding house payments. The development of this system uses the waterfall method. Web-based full boarding management information system can manage boarding payment data and tenant data management.

Abstract

CV Mekar Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa penjualan dan perbaikan barang mempunyai Visi dan Misi untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan prima. Perusahaan ini memiliki permasalahan dalam sistem perbaikan yang pendataan secara manual yang menjadi permasalahan, sehingga bila terjadi musibah data barang konsumen akan hilang dikarenakan tidak adanya penyimpanan yang baik, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem laporan kerusakan barang yang dapat mencakup kebutuhan akan perusahaan dan konsumen tersebut guna mendukung kinerja untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi. Dalam metode penelitian, yang menggunakan Metode Waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem terdiri dari analasisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan unified modelling languange, impelentasikan sistem berdasarkan perancagan yang dibuat, pengujian menggunakan kotak hitam dan yang terakhir pemeliharaan. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web dengan`. Hasil dari peneltian ini dapat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam menggunakan sistem informasi laporan atas kerusakan barang yang akan digunakan. Pada akhir nya sistem laporan kerusakan barang yang berbasis website yang dibangun tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendukung kelancaraan dalam pelaporan kerusakan barang pada CV. Mekar Jaya
