Abstract

Abstract: Student discipline is a matter of obeying the rules in all aspects of life. Student discipline is very influential in life in managing whatever they want to do according to their time. However, currently there are still many individuals who are negligent in disciplining their time, especially students who are still in the process of studying. In reality, many students come to school late and do not comply with the rules made by the school. So this research aims to examine the duties of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student discipline, specifically at SMA PAB 4 Sampali. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, namely summarizing, data presentation, namely choosing the main things, or focusing on the important things, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research show that Islamic religious education teachers are well-known as educators who guide students in terms of discipline such as giving advice on the importance of discipline, giving warnings to students who are not disciplined and giving punishments according to violations committed by students.Keywords: Student Management, Discipline, PAI  Abstrak: Disiplin siswa adalah soal mentaati peraturan dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Disiplin siswa sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan dalam mengatur apapun yang ingin dilakukannya sesuai dengan waktunya. Namun saat ini masih banyak oknum yang lalai dalam mendisiplinkan waktunya, terutama para pelajar yang masih dalam proses belajar. Kenyataannya banyak siswa yang datang terlambat ke sekolah dan tidak mematuhi peraturan yang dibuat oleh sekolah. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tugas guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa khususnya di SMA PAB 4 Sampali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data yaitu merangkum, penyajian data yaitu memilih hal-hal yang pokok, atau memusatkan perhatian pada hal-hal yang penting, dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Islam terkenal sebagai pendidik yang membimbing peserta didik dalam hal kedisiplinan seperti memberi nasehat pentingnya disiplin, memberi teguran kepada peserta didik yang tidak disiplin dan memberikan hukuman sesuai pelanggaran yang dilakukan. siswa.Kata kunci: Manajemen Siswa, Disiplin, PAI

Abstract

Creativity is the ability in a person to form and provide novelty in the form of ways, ideas and ideas that can benefit the person himself and the surrounding environment. Independent nature, skills and also the ability to solve problems are emphasized in children's creativity. The formulation of the research problem this time is "How to develop children's creativity by using a color image creation using colored thread by children aged 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra?”, The purpose of this research is to develop children's creativity through a color game using thread media at the age of 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-ashliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in which the research subjects are teachers and also students in class B. The data collection tools that the authors use in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that the researchers did for one month at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra in developing the creativity of students through color games that are mediated with colored threads when carrying out learning activities and playing with threads in activities carried out to develop creativity in children. at the end of the activity developing children's creativity using these threads is considered effective because there are more children who develop according to expectations than children who have not yet developed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving student learning discipline through the reward and punishment method at SMA PAB 4 Sampali. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. In this study, researchers involved PAI teachers, students, and other respondents who were considered necessary in this study. The data analysis technique in this study used the Miles and Huberman analysis technique, consisting of four flows: da: action, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. After the data collection technique, the data obtained would be tested for validity using data source triangulation. The study results showed that student discipline still needed improvement, but there was an increase because less disciplined students were inspired by their friends who obeyed the rules. PAI teachers play an essential role through their approach as teachers, advisors, mediators, and evaluators. The supporting factor for discipline is a mutual agreement, such as a ban on using cell phones while studying. At the same time, the main obstacle is the negative influence of excessive cellphone use. Islamic Religious Education teachers are expected to continue innovating with a creative and balanced approach between punishment and rewards to build effective discipline in academic aspects and student character formation. The study's conclusion shows that the role of Islamic religious education teachers is to improve student learning discipline.
