Abstract

Based on pre-study activities and student achievement of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran Regency in learning Mathematics is low. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and learning achievement of Addition Using Realia teaching aids in grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method uses CAR through the research cycle, data is obtained from tests to obtain achievement data and observation sheets to observe student learning activities and is also supported by observations by observers. The results of the research on learning activities in the first cycle an average of 68.5%, the second cycle an average of 86.5%, the third cycle an average of 99.5% (cycle I to cycle II increased 18%, cycle II to cycle III increased 13 %, student activity increased by an average of 15.5%.The average learning achievement (complete) Cycle I was 22 (completed 73%), Cycle II averaged 25 (completed 83%), Cycle III averaged 30 ( completed 100%). That is, from cycle I to Cycle II increased 10%, Cycle II to cycle III increased 13%, or student learning outcomes increased by an average of 11.5%. Thus, the use of realia teaching aids can increase activity and Learning achievement Summing for Grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

Pengelolaan penggajian merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam organisasi karena berkaitan langsung dengan hak pegawai dan akuntabilitas lembaga. YPLP PGRI Provinsi Jambi masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan penggajian yang dilakukan secara semi-manual, seperti potensi kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan informasi, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan Sistem Informasi Penggajian berbasis website sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Pemodelan sistem disajikan dalam bentuk diagram UML yang meliputi use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil penelitian berupa model sistem yang menggambarkan alur proses penggajian, interaksi pengguna dengan sistem, serta struktur data yang dibutuhkan. Model yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi penggajian berbasis website di YPLP PGRI Provinsi Jambi, sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan penggajian.

Abstract

Hendrik Spare Parts Shop in Rawang Panca Arga, Asahan Regency, is a motor vehicle shop that has been operating for a long time and has a good reputation in its area. However, as the business develops and operations become increasingly complex, this store faces challenges in maintaining good relationships with customers and optimizing the sales process. Currently, their customer recording process is still done manually, which is time consuming and prone to errors. In developing e-CRM for the Hendrik Sparepart Store, a series of features will be designed that aim to improve customer experience, strengthen customer relationships and increase customer loyalty. One of the main features that will be included in this e-CRM application is a discount or promotion program that can be adjusted to customer offers. Hendrik Sparepart Shop sells various types of tires with a total of 60 units. Apart from tires, there are 40 units of engine oil for sale. Other products include 20 units of spark plugs, 15 units of air filters, 30 units of front brake pads, and 25 units of rear brake pads. By implementing an application-based information system for customer relationship management, Toko Hendrik Sparepart is expected to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships. , and increase customer loyalty. Apart from that, it is hoped that this application will also provide more accurate and real-time information about customer needs, to facilitate more informed decision making in improving the customer experience
