Abstract

In this era of globalization, the development of science and technology has been increasing rapidly. The discovery of the internet which is an information technology capable of helping people in exchanging information with anyone. Over time, the growing globalization in information technology also has an impact on electronic commerce (e-commerce) and the occurrence of trade contracts. Trade contracts or agreements are made by the parties through an electronic system, meaning that the parties do not meet face to face. The concept of e-commerce certainly provides advantages or advantages in its use when compared to conventional concepts. Some of the advantages or advantages of e-commerce are that information can be obtained in more detail, quickly without any time limits, including places and the transaction process is much easier to do. This study uses a descriptive method with a normative approach to obtain data. The collected data will be analyzed using qualitative analysis, which is described in sentences. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of e-commerce in the era of globalization and how people use or take advantage of e-commerce .

Abstract

The increasing number of motorized vehicles every year and the negligence of the community which often results in traffic accidents. A traffic accident where the perpetrator is not responsible, by leaving the victim alone without providing help is called a hit and run. The crime of hit and run is a problem that needs to be addressed because it is an immoral act and harms others. Hit-and-run crimes that cause harm to others are increasingly common. Seeing the many factors that cause the occurrence of a hit-and-run crime. Both in terms of community factors, road factors, vehicle factors. Thus the purpose of the problem is to find out the factors causing the occurrence of a hit-and-run crime, Handling Efforts by the Police Against Hit-and-Run Crimes in Medan City. The research methods used are library research and field research at the Medan Police Traffic Unit and using Qualitative Data Analysis. The factors that influence the increase in traffic accidents on the highway are due to the lack of public awareness and compliance to obey and obey every traffic regulation. People always put the blame on law enforcement officers (police) without realizing and filtering their own mistakes first, indeed to create military and order in traffic there must be a good cooperative relationship between law enforcement officers and the community itself, because without the intertwining of the rights and obligations of law enforcement officers and the community, it is impossible to create peace, order and comfort in traffic. This is not just a time when it often happens in the community, but it has been a long time since traffic accidents have developed in the State of Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola jurnal ilmiah program studi komunikasi penyiaran Islam tentang tata cara pengaturan awal jurnal, cara mengumpulkan artikel, dan cara mempublikasikannya. Selain itu juga, tujuan lainnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola jurnal dalam mengelola jurnalnya, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan indeksasi nasional dan internasional. Selain itu, diharapkan jurnal ini dapat berguna bagi akademisi pada khususnya dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan demonstrasi dan pendampingan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS) mulai dari penataan hingga pengumpulan artikel dan publikasi. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh, peserta mampu memahami materi dengan sangat baik dan mampu dalam menerapkan pengoperasian jurnal. Disimpulkan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian tersebut diketahui bahwa jurnal yang dikelola oleh program studi komunikasi penyiaran Islam sudah layak untuk menerbitkan karya ilmiah baik dari segi artikel yang masuk maupun pengelolaannya.

Abstract

The voluntary disclosure program (PPS) was created to increase taxpayer compliance and the need for large funds to overcome financial deficits due to the pandemic and post-Covid economic recovery. The purpose of this research is to discuss how the legal perspective of state administration views the voluntary disclosure program (PPS). In addition, it also examines how the effectiveness of voluntary disclosure programs (PPS) in encouraging National economic improvement. The results obtained from this research are that in terms of procedures and principles, the voluntary disclosure program already represents the implementation of tax law which is part of state administrative law. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the implementation of the voluntary disclosure program (PPS) is considered ineffective. This is due to several obstacles, both in terms of the variables supporting its successful tax amnesty, which have not been implemented optimally, and the conditions of business actors who experience several obstacles, including high tariffs, limited investment instruments, many tax assets that are not liquid, and economic recovery that has not been maximized.
