Abstract

The increasingly widespread banking crimes during the 19th council, resulted inthe need for strengthening all efforts to prevent and eradicate these bankingcrimes. Supervision also becomes one of the alternatives. Supervision of the bankwas also seen as very important during the covid pandemic 19 period in order tomaintain public confidence (customers) in the bank itself and to be able toachieve and maintain the stability of the rupiah, as the objective of BankIndonesia. The forms of supervision are external supervision, internalsupervision and public supervision and comply with compliance aspects ofIslamic banking. If it runs effectively, it is certain that banking crime can beminimized and no longer colors the banking industry

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan nasional, khususnya dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun demikian, banyak UMKM di lingkungan Kelurahan Bangka, Jakarta Selatan, masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan usaha, terutama terkait penerapan manajemen keuangan dan akses pembiayaan. Rendahnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pencatatan keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, serta pengelolaan arus kas menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menilai kinerja usaha dan menghambat keberlanjutan bisnis. Selain itu, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber pembiayaan formal menjadi kendala utama dalam pengembangan usaha, baik untuk modal kerja maupun ekspansi bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi penerapan manajemen keuangan yang efektif dan optimalisasi pembiayaan pada UMKM di Kelurahan Bangka, Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen keuangan yang sederhana namun sistematis mampu meningkatkan transparansi keuangan, membantu pengambilan keputusan usaha, serta memperkuat kepercayaan lembaga keuangan dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan kepada UMKM. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara peningkatan literasi keuangan, pendampingan manajemen usaha, dan perluasan akses pembiayaan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendorong keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di Kelurahan Bangka, Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing-based creative economy development strategies for strawberry dodol MSMEs in Rancabali Patengan Village, Bandung. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive with a Participatory Community Service (PkM) approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority of digitization strategies. The results show that strengthening human resource capacity is the top priority with a weight of 38.2%, followed by product and packaging innovation (27.5%), digital infrastructure (21.3%), and cross-sector collaboration (13.0%). The implementation of digital marketing has been proven to increase sales by up to 32% and expand the online market reach of MSMEs. This activity had a significant impact on improving digital literacy, strengthening local identity, and economic independence of the community. Key recommendations include continuous digital training, the formation of village branding teams, and strategic partnerships with the private sector. Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant transformations in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in marketing, operations, and finance. Although digitalization opens up significant opportunities for increased competitiveness, its implementation still faces various obstacles such as low digital literacy, limited resources, and infrastructure inequality. This study aims to analyze the importance of business management implementation in supporting the success of MSMEs in the digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review technique from various current literature sources. The results of the study indicate that the success of digital transformation is determined not only by the ability to adopt technology but also by the ability to integrate technology into an effective business management system. Without good management, digitalization tends to have no significant impact on business performance. Therefore, strengthening managerial capacity is key to increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era.
