Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Attitude, Subjective Norms, Level Worship, Zakat Knowledge, Confidence Level, The Perceived Behavioral Control on Behavioral Intention and also Its Perceived Behavioral Control and Intention to Conduct Compliance Income Zakat. The data used in this study was obtained from the university in the city of Serang, Banten. The data were processed using the software program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). This study used a purposive sampling method to sample accounting lecturer. Source of data obtained from the field research, in particular by distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data. The results showed (1) attitude affect the Intention Behavior, (2) Subjective Norm has no effect on Behavioral Intention, (3) Levels of Worship has no effect on Behavioral Intention, (4) Knowledge of Zakat no effect on Behavioral Intention, (5) Level of Confidence no effect on Behavioral intention, (6) The perceived Behavioral Control effect on Behavioral intention, (7) The perceived Behavioral Control has no effect on Zakat Income Compliance, and (8)Behavioral intention affect the Zakat Income Compliance.

Abstract

The results showed that partially: the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable had a significant positive effect on stock price with value thitung>ttabel (16,821>2,052); the price earning ratio (PER) variable had a significant positive effect on stock price with value thitung>ttabel (2,351>2,052); the price book value (PBV) variable had a significant positive effect on stock price with value thitung>ttabel (3,314>2,052); and The results showed that simultaneous: the Earning Per Share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER) and price book value (PBV) variable had a significant positive effect on stock price with value Fhitung>Ftabel (130,144>2,96).

Abstract

Profit growth is one measure of a banks success in meeting the banks health levels.The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the effect ofrisk profile (NPL), good corporate governance (GCG), earnings (ROA), andcapital (CAR) on profit growth at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia in2017 - 2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method, while thetype of data is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the classicalassumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test, and determinationcoefficient test.The results of this study found that partially the risk profile has noeffect on profit growth. Partially the GCG has no effect on profit growth. Partiallythe earnings affects profit growth. Partially the capital has no effect on profitgrowth. While simultaneously the risk profile, GCG, earnings, and capital have aneffect on profit growth

Abstract

Marketing digitalization is something that cannot be avoided by MSMEs to improve their business performance. The obstacles faced by MSME players in the supporting cities of Banten Province, namely Serang and Cilegon, where they still have not utilized access to digital media in their business activities, namely because they still have business ideas that are carried out only to meet the needs of the local community or around them, they still do not master marketing methods with digital media. Such as.Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, or other marketplaces. The aim of implementing PKM is that it is hoped that MSME actors can apply various training materials and continue and develop marketing through digital media, including digital market platforms, namely those developed by the government and the private sector.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on the Performance of MSMEs in Serang City. The type of research is explanatory, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, the sample is 81 people who are MSME Actors in Serang City. The analysis method used in this study is Quantitative Data Analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion and MSME Performance in Serang City are classified as good where the three variables are in the assessment scale range of 3.97-4.18. The results of the hypothesis test show that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. Financial Inclusion also has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion have a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. The conclusion of this study is that Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion in MSMEs in Serang City show that Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion have a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of liquidity, leverage, and company size on the financial performance of chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2022 period. Data were collected from secondary sources, specifically www.idx.co.id, using a saturated sampling technique, resulting in 20 company samples. Quantitative analysis was applied to assess these factors' effects on financial performance. Descriptive analysis results indicate that liquidity, leverage, and company size show a moderate relationship with financial performance, with values on a scale of 0.40–0.599. Partial hypothesis testing reveals that liquidity and leverage have positive and significant effects on financial performance, whereas company size does not significantly influence it. In summary, this study concludes that there is a combined influence of liquidity, leverage, and company size on the financial performance of chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2022 period.
