Abstract

Agricultural commodities, including cassava, are perishable commodities, so tomaintain their use value, they require processing into certain products. IKM thatprocesses various kinds of chips, one of which is processing cassava into cassavachips. The location of IKM is adjusted to the availability of raw materials, laborand also cassava is one of the processed products into various products, both forstaple foods or snacks. This study aims to analyze the difference in the amount ofadded value obtained from processing cassava into cassava chips in halal-certifiedSMEs in the research area which will be the focus of products in TTU Regency.The method to determine the added value produced from cassava agroindustry intocassava chips is used the value added analysis formula, which will be the focus ofthe product in TTU Regency. The method used for data analysis is quantitativedescriptive analysis. The results showed that the agoindustry of cassava chips atIKM Tiga Saudara and IKM Vita Pung, had a long and continuous term inproducing cassava into cassava chips compared to other agroindustry because ithad a halal certificate.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to empower and assist in the development of the indigo palm sugar industry into brown sugar / stone sugar in order to produce more varied products so that they can be sold more widely. And grow and provide knowledge to the brown sugar industry, able to make processed palm sugar products by setting the right selling price, choosing a fixed location. The location of the service is the Tubuhue Village, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency. with 5 members of the sugar palm sugar craftsman group. The methods used in this service are: the first Preparation, is a service program planning which includes: Location Survey, Coordination with service location partners, Determination of training time, Determination of target and target trainees and Planning of training materials and the second namely Implementation with the intention to increase public knowledge about improving skills in processing palm sap, in this implementation it is grouped into two stages namely Lecture, and Demonstration. What is expected from this service is Encouraging rural communities to better utilize palm juice by processing palm sugar into a variety of products and fostering an attitude of independence and quality of life in rural communities so that family income and welfare increase.

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara Province is one of the provinces with the largest poverty percentage in Indonesia after Papua and West Papua Provinces. The high percentage of the number of poor people in NTT Province, one of the biggest contributors comes from the North Central Timor Regency. The data released by the Central Statistics Agency noted that TTU Regency was the eighth (8) highest contributor to poverty out of 22 Regencies/Cities in the autonomous region of NTT Province. This study aims to determine the effect of the variable capital expenditures, balancing funds and Silpa funds on poverty in TTU Regency. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously each independent variable had a significant effect on poverty in TTU Regency.
