Abstract

The study aims to determine: 1) The extent to which the influence of the Liquidity on Dividend Policy partially on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 2) The extent to which the influence of the Profitability on Dividend Policy partially on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 3) The extent tp which the influence of the Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy simultaneously on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 4) How much influence Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?. The type of data used in this study is secondary data financial statements PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear berganda. Based on the result of the study showed that : Partially Liquidity has no effect on Dividend Policy. Partially Profitability has no effect on Dividend Policy. Simultaneously liquidity and Profitability has no effect on Dividend Policy. The amount of influence exerted by the Liquidity and Profitability variables on Dividend Policy in PT Gudang Garam Tbk in 2012-2018 is 50% while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research is proposed to the influence of : 1) Competention to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 2) Compenzation and work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 3) Work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer. The population in this research were to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer size of 115 civil servants. Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 90 civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using multiple linear regression analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the competention, compenzation and work environment to cause the positive and significant to job motivation. Abstract

Knowledge management is an approach that relies on understandingorganizational tasks, namely understanding well how and when knowledgecreation must be supported, how to use the accumulated knowledge that has beencreated so that it can be made more productive. This study aims to describe thedimensions of knowledge work and knowledge management as well as explainthe influence of knowledge workers on knowledge management and explain theeffect of the dimensions of knowledge workers on knowledge managementthrough knowledge workers in employees at the Regional Secretariat of KerinciRegency. The dimensions of entrepreneurship used in this research areSymbolic-Analytic, Social Skill and Cilent Relationship and Instrinsic Nature.The population and sample in this study were all employees at the RegionalSecretariat of Kerinci Regency.
