Abstract

For a university, alumni are the core product produced. One of the good and bad aspects of a college can be seen from the quality and quantity of its alumni. Alumni as one of the higher education stakeholders are expected to make a significant contribution to the university. This contribution can be in the form of financial contributions or other contributions such as as a promotional medium and a strong magnet for attracting new students. From this it can be seen that from various aspects alumni can make quite a large contribution to the development of higher education. Marketing strategy is a way for an institution to position itself so that its products can be of interest to consumers or potential consumers. Several things that universities can do regarding how to manage alumni as an effective and efficient marketing strategyL 1). Make alumni feel proud and have ownership of the university (2) Establish continuous communication. (3) Recruit alumni as part of the campus education staff, (4) Facilitate alumni in achieving their future. Harmonious cooperation and mutualism between alumni and universities will have a major impact on the sustainable development of universities from now until the future.

Abstract

This research takes the title of analysis of decision factors to purchase banana sales during Eid al-Fitr (case study of banana sale products in Wanareja). This research was carried out as an effort to find out what factors are the reasons for buying bananas on sale compared to similar products. From the research results, it was found that there are several factors that are the reasons for purchasing banana sale products, namely: They taste delicious, the price is affordable, there are many variations, there is always stock, it is easy to share and the banana sale is one of the icons of Cilacap

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of working hours and length of business on income. The research method uses descriptive quantitative data analysis with the variables working hours (X1) and length of business (X2) and income (Y). The sample from this research consisted of 50 traders. The results of data processing state that: Based on the results of multiple liner regression testing, it is proven that the working hours variable has a negative sign, meaning that working hours have no effect on MSME income from lanting products with a regression coefficient value of -0.164. Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing, it is proven that the value of 0.506 in the Length of Business variable is positive, this means that it shows a unidirectional influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the results of tests simultaneously or called simultaneous, it shows that the variables of working hours and length of business have an F table value of 2.80. Based on these results, it can be seen that the calculated f value is 13,277>2.80 and the significance value is 0.001<0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of working hours and length of business have an effect simultaneously

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kantor Desa Kalisabuk Kesugihan Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 127 responden. Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai adalah variabel independen, dan Kepuasan Masyarakat adalah variabel dependent. Koefisien determinasi, regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji f digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Paket Statistik untuk Sains Sosial, atau SPSS, versi 25 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat dengan nilai t probabilitas sig 0,000 lebih besar dari α = 0,05. Sementara itu, Disiplin Kerja Prgawai menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dengan nilai t dengan probabilitas sig 0,000, lebih rendah dari α = 0,05, serta secara simultan konflik dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru yang dibuktikan nilai F pada tabel diatas adalah 3,07 dengan sig 0,000 < α0,05. Selanjutnya, koefisien determinasi, yang dihitung dengan menggunakan persegi panjang R, adalah 028,2%. atau 28,2% dari total. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai, dan Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. Tujuan yang akan dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I. 3) komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah I.
