Abstract

Software design and hardware application system monitoring room webcam based aims to add value to the webcam to be used as part of the security system, implementing the work process of hardware and software monitoring system formed using delphi 7, analyzing the performance o f a stepper motor as the driving platform webcam and documenting object images and sounds in the room activities into a file format AVI (Audio Video Interleave). Webcams are used in this design is equipped with a standard webcam lighting lamps LED (Light Emitting Diode) with a USB data line, while the driver controls the webcam in the design o f this platform using unipolar type stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller, motor drivers and line interface RS232 to USB (Universal Serial Bus) converter. The installation o f the webcam to webcam platform play will lead to the right, left, stop rotating right and or to the left automatically. From the test results it can be concluded that the monitoring system and webcam based indoor stepper motor consists o f webcam applications and motor control applications platform which is separately because both applications use the USB and COM communication channels are opened simultaneously. As for the results o f the motion setting webcam platform proved to have a consistent degree of deviation for the wine and left turn kenanan but still require a series o f additional gears for smooth movement o f the platform and to reduce the effects o f shadow on motion pictures.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas manfaat thermo electric cooling sebagai pendingin dengan dukungan Mikrokontroler  sebagai pengendali otomatis. Rancangan dapat dimanfaatkan pada sistem  pengendalian peralatan, kinerja sistem   terpengaruh panas,  sistem-sistem lain yang berbaya jika bekerja pada suhu tinggi,  serta dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Kebutuhan perangkat keras rancangan ini  adalah thermo electric cooling, Mikrokontroler AT89C51, IC LM 35, A/D Converter, penampil, dan Regulator 7805 serta didukung bahasa Assembler earth.asm.  Sebelum perancangan dilaksanakan pengujian peralatan-peralatan, supaya sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Untuk mengetahui kinerja system  pendingin ini dengan cara mengamati data hasil simulasi pada tiga keadaan kondisi suhu prosesor dan heatsink prosesor  pertama menggunakan heatsink standar, kedua water block dan ketiga water block ditambah thermo electric cooling. Dari hasil grafik menunjukkan bahwa system pendingin thermo electric cooling paling efektif dibandingkan dengan heatsink dan water block.Dengan melihan hasil tersebut rancangan pendingin berbasis mikrokontroler ini dapat sebagai tambahan pengetahuan bahkan  dapat dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan  mengatasi permasalahan  data/informasi yang banyak dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The growth of the web services  make people tend to think far ahead to discover new things on this technology. Increasing development and evolution of the various developments. Web service is one of media that suitable for system and platform communication, this service is considered as an efficient and effective  communication facility. Web service make a system communication  connected with Internet.The system is built with a proper analysis and  effective design to help human to communicate each other. The  design from start to end, is useful to help in writing the command of blogs which has a lot of comments. The  comments that belong to many website/blogs is recorder into one report so that make the review become easier. It also can  maximize the quality and the quantity of the website / blog.System is designed to facilitate the manager of the website/blog, especially in the pe-an-record comments entered. Manager of the website / blog just need to  provide a form which connected to the database as a means of data entry comments.

Abstract

Development of the world's information and communication technology-based growing rapidly. The development of these technologies has given rise to another dimension in human life, namely the need for computer use. Application of machine vision applications where a computer has the ability to understand the data in the form of image and make decisions based on data obtained from a real object, in this case is generated through the capture image from webcam.            The images (digital images) of a real object through a webcam can be done in many ways capture the object. In this research object retrieval using an object of activity is captured on the webcam through the motions of objects. Digital image acquisition is performed with the tool in the form of software (Obtion Remote Version 1.0). Obtion (Object Detection) method works with the system of comparison between that time frame the previous frame captured by the camera at the time of recording the object. Comparison of the difference in the frame will be accommodated in a place that will be used to support the execution of an object by counting the number of pixels that exceed the value of the difference in number of field values with regulator frame to frame changes in the location of the object motionObtion Remote Version 1.0 will take a digital image of the object with trigger object motion detection performed. Digital image acquisition (capture the object with a webcam) will be done automatically if the object has been successfully detected. The detected object will be stored automatically in the directory are executed as a digital image storage.

Abstract

Measurement o f human height is usually done with the help o f others. But with the Sobel method, measurement o f human height can be done alone. It can simplify the process o f measuring human height. The method is a development method robert sobel using filter HPF (high pass filter) that given a zero buffer. This method takes the principle o f the laplacian and gaussian function is known as a function to generate HPF. Applications designed using sobel method can be used for high meassure an object with a small error rate. Best distance o f 20 cm from the background to the object seen from the results o f the error rate.

Abstract

The increase o f request brings large traffic to networks especially to data centers, large enterprises and portal websites. In addition, server provides more and more information by using applications. Most servers have to provide all-day services, and any service interruption or key data loss in communication will result in business loss. All these require high performance and high reliability on application services. However, the increase of server processing speed and memory access speed is greatly lower than that o f the network bandwidth and applications. In addition, the increase o f network bandwidth makes server resource consumption more serious. Therefore, the servers become the network bottleneck, and the traditional single device mode becomes the network failure point. Load balancing (LB) comes to provide a good solution by providing multiple servers form a server cluster, with each server providing the same or similar services. A load balancing application is managed at the front end o f the server cluster to distribute user requests in the server cluster according to pre-configured load balancing rules, provide services, and maintain the servers. Load balancing bring good advantage such as bring faster application, low cost, the available resources will not be wasted, and no high-end devices are needed for the new resources. It is expandability. When services are increasing, the system can satisfy the needs by adding servers, without affecting the existing services and reducing service quality. Load balancing also has high reliability. When a server fails, the LB application or LB device redistributes user requests to other servers in the same cluster, ensuring uninterrupted services.

Abstract

The increasing demand for the utilize services computer networks has increased the traffic on the network. In general, the server provides service round the clock without a break, so that problems such as breakdown of communication in the network is lost that must be avoided. This cases need for a bettersystem with high performance and reliable every time. Current server technology development will be fast but the memory access speed is slower than the increase in the consumption of bandwidth. This is one o f the factors causing the bottleneck experienced of server. With the load balancing can be provide abetter solution. The concept used to provide a server has the same service. Then, the load balancing will check the CPU usage on each server. The server will perform selection based on the value of the smallest CPU Usage o f all existing servers. The application load balancing is placed before the user accessing ofserver with the object of distributing requests from the user to any of the servers that have been selected by the load balancer. Load balancing provides many benefits to systems that use it. The first, low cost, existing resources do not need to be replaced or discarded. Second, don't always need high end equipment. Third, easily developed when needed arose and a drastic decline in the quality o f service. Load balancing is also more secure, when a failure occurs on the server, load balancing application will redirect the user to the server is still available.

Abstract

AbstractArtificial neural network is a computational algorithm that mimics the workings of nerve cells.All the incoming signal is multiplied by a weight that is on each input, by neuronal cells, allsignals have been multiplied by weights are summed and then added again with bias. Thesum is input to a function (activation function) produces the output of neurons (here used alinear activation function). During the learning process, the weights and biases are alwaysupdated using learning algorithms. if there is an error in the output. For the identificationprocess, the weights are directly weighing input is what is called as a search parameter, theprice of w1, w2, w3 and w4. In the on-line identification, neurons or networks of neurons willalways be 'learned' every input and output data.Keywords: neuro, activation function, learning constants.
